Bish and Iggie laughed, but they aint laughing now after he went Prime MJ on us, twice.

Kuz would be good for this season, but he’s got a player option that he’ll more than likely be declining and will be a free agent. He probably wants that Tyler Herro money

Which teams with cap space are giving him $30M?

The following teams will have the cap space to go after him if they want: Spurs, Rockets, Pacers, Pistons, Hornets, Thunder, Lakers, Jazz. Thats 8 teams with cap space, not counting teams that could trade for him.

People need to remember that salaries are going up, heck we had so many people here think Herro would get something in 20 mil range, then reality hit them hard when he got 30 mil a year.

The only teams there that somewhat make sense are the Hornets and Lakers but neither team is good.

Haha I’d rather use Duncan’s salary and a pick (which it would likely take to get Crowder) on a much better player. They both suck

My thing on this is Duncan is our most likely to be traded salary, trading him and a 1st doesn’t come close to fixing this team if the return is crowder. That’s nothing to get excited about, crowder isn’t even a good defender anymore and offensively he’s basically an inefficient chucker at this point.

Smith is growing on me, His defense is looking legit, and I like his overall IQ.

Seems he can grow into a Vincent type player with more size - good defender that knows his role and can kinda score at times.

Until he shows me this same type of game against an elite team, then I will know Bam is for real. Show me this same type of performance against Milwaukee, Boston, Memphis, Cleveland then we will talk. I want to see him do this to elite interior defense, you know the ones we need to overcome in the playoffs the ones that hold him to his below season averages.

Crowder is about all you could get for Duncan and a pick and it’s probably still difficult hence why it hasn’t happened yet. Miami is probably begging a third team like the Spurs to take on that salary and send the Suns something useful they want. Miami is essentially having to pay to get off Duncan’s salary so consider ourselves lucky to get Crowder for him. And anyone thinking Crowder is washed are probably the same heads who thought 37 year old Tucker was washed too when we signed him. Crowder fits our system to a tee and is only 32. He was the OG Tucker of this group helping us to a finals. I’ll gladly take Crowder back for the fit and 18 million off the books next year. I was probably one of the very few in here who lauded the original Crowder deal when folks in here were all teary eyed about trading Bustice for him. Crowder changed our whole damn season around.

Loved crowder the first time around, he’s not doing anything for us this time.

Well we just saw him dominate cleveland we just got smacked so he sat the 4th. He dominated the Celtics once already this year we just didn’t go to him near enough in the 4th while Gabe was chucking. We’ll see how the others go. Last season vs the grizzlies 17-11-8 averages on 12 shots

If this won't be his breakout season it will nvr be.

He certainly found his balls creating his own shot vs Wiz w/ no fear. Let's see if he brings those same sacks nxt game. . .

I don't really care how much he scores, i want to see him consistently taking shots unassisted. He does this the pts will come anyway.
If u don't want 2b here, the way things work, u don't like it, then don't b here. U have 2 stand on something. If Miami ain't standing on something, they become alot of these organizations trying 2 find their identity. This is the culture, bro -Wade

Crowder only makes sense if we're dumping Robinson's contract And don't overpay - anything more then a Strus or a Gabe or 1 protected FRP will be an overpay.

If crowder costs more then that, go after PJ Washington, Markennen, hell even Derozen might be attainable.

All 3 bring a much higher upside - which we need.

Im not even sure Crowder will be better then Jovic in 3 monthes

Crowder makes sense cause he’s really the only name that makes sense above for a Duncan and pick package. Markannen has become Ainge’s golden boy and is the absolute perfect fit with Utah. DeRozan is making 28 million. You think the Bulls want Duncan’s contract and a broken down Oladipo filler? We don’t need to be giving up two picks in that deal which is probably the minimum for what the Bulls will want to take that on. They most likely want an expiring for DeRozan and pick. PJ Washington would be a great get but curious what a deal looks like. Hornets have full control as he’s restricted next year. Dedmon, Strus, and Future 1st do it for the Hornets? They probably shop him around and get a better deal.
