I at least thought he, Ware and Bona would be lottery picks. But man, guards don't know how to feed them, coaches don't know how to utilize them, and they're competing with upperclassmen bigs that their coaches know and trust which eats into their already limited opportunities for minutes and touches. I still can't see how they'd all fall out of the first though. Too physically gifted and they all seem like good kids. It's really early still. Plenty of time to turn things around, have a strong tournament and test well in the combine/workouts before the draft.

i think betting on any of these guys to be a lotto even before the season was a losing bet, unless your name is Wemby or Mobley, getting guards, combo guys, wings, ball handlers should be the priority in the lotto.

that said, Ware is clearly the best non-Vic big in this class imo at this point. just a ridiculous physical profile and if he continues to hit his 3s (already has 2 tonight in his first start) then watch out.

Any thoughts on Scheierman? The risk and reward most likely isn't good enough to be a first-round pick but he just looks like one of those players for whom NBA teams find some minutes. I haven't really seen anyone talk about him, though.

i think he's fine, he's got some on ball juice and isn't just a shooter, he's having a bit of a down year for himself tho and needs to get back to at least where he was last year, I was expecting a bigger year tbh but it's still early.

I’m not saying this doesn’t happen sometimes because weve no doubt have seen guys get a nice little Duke/UK bump, but Lively was already viewed as a top 3 guy in the class before he committed to Duke.

KoC with another trash take of the centry.

Brandon Miller is not top 5 material. I don't care about his stats.

Casen and Flip are my #3/4 right now followed by Jarace and Black rounding out the top 5..(6) for now.

Filipowski in the top 5? I can't see that at all.

that Edey right hook when he gets his left shoulder down is nearly impossible to stop, he's eating Lively up right now, Purdue is just feeding inside almost every trip down.

im legit flabbergasted how Lively was ranked so high, Edey eats a lot of dudes alive but he's putting 0 force against him right now, and if he's not in there for the D not sure why Scheyer even has him out there.

Lively looks like Chase Jeter 2.0.

I’m at the point I don’t even see how Lively gets drafted in this upcoming draft. He’s showing nothing on both ends of the court.

I did at the beginning of the year, might again by the end. He is so smart on the court. Really like Shifino, too, for similar reasons. He might be in college longer.
