The difficulty with this is we ALSO have a low percentage of makes, so that compounds the issue even more.

I would like to see us take advantage of JJs ball handling in these grab and go situations.

The problem is the Zone. We are struggling when teams deploy it. We aren't shooting well enough from 3 to bust it and Nate has no Offensive design sets to get the ball swinging and inside vs the zone.
The other issue is, the pace they played with in the 1st half, slowed to a snails pace in the 4th - walking the ball up the court gives Philly more time to set the zone - force the issue by getting the ball up court quickly even if you pull it back out. This is a very bad 4th quarter habit. Nate's ball control offense.

What a joke! They need to replace this coach ASAP
The thing I fear is that if Bogi is good enough to improve the team 4th quarter scoring, the front office will forget they should still have to fire Nate.

He also needs to tighten his handles, some very LAZY turnovers.

It seems we might be missing Chris Jent who was the shooting coach. Who is currently the new shooting coach.

Through games on Nov. 27 (last game Vs PHI missing): at least 15 teams better than ATL (certainly tied with sevral other teams)

Don't forget that we have less spacing than last year. Maybe it will improve a bit when Bogi comes back, but it will still be less. And even if Holiday can help a bit on this side, he looks so bad on defense that overall, it's not helping anything

We are plummeting in season projections. but I doubt many of those take into account things like return to health of Bogdan or AJ Griffin's rookie progress.

If they want to avoid full zone defense, they need first to bring the ball as fast as possible in opponent court, instead of taking their time like they do in 4th quarter.

Will Nate say "oh, they are doing zone against us now, it becomes difficult to score in 4th quarter", or will he decide to adjust to it?

 Yep. Every basketball coach knows the primary ways to beat a zone defense:

  1. Shoot over the zone from deep
  2. push the ball in transition and score before the zone defense can get setup
[/end of list]
