Robs only advantage is his athleticism, strength, length and ability to cover lots of ground quickly. Outside of that he is a terrible offensive player. Nobody is saying otherwise, I would be wary of using FG% as a defensive metric vs a player. You can see Bam get some quick easy pocket passes, and lobs/dunks early in the game which shows his FG% in the elite range vs a player like Rob, then the clamp goes in and he gets denied access to the ball, our team struggles to get him the ball in good spots because the defense adjust. Then we go into ISO ball, which is our biggest struggle when our 3ball in't falling. We always talk a lot about going away from Bam in the game after the first couple quarters, but we never really look at how the other team adjust at the Half, after Bam is in a groove. If you take Bam out of the game, and deny him the ball other people have to bring it home, ie Jimmy has done an excellent job in the playoffs. However our other guys really have struggled with their outside shooting which opens everything up for us, outside of the bubble rounds our 4-9 players haven't brought it.

He’s longer that’s about it

Even though this season has been at a level comparable to IggieCC’s OP skills, the Heat are only 3 games out of third.

Celtics looking good man, 140 points scored tonight, they look like a well oiled machine. Gonna be tough, I don't know if our boys can hang to be honest. true test for sure on Wednesday, this two game mini series is gonna be banging.

C's going with Tatum with the #1 pick was a score for sure

From my armchair draft position, I would have taken either of Fultz or Josh Jackson ahead of him. They got their man, happy for them

I had Fultz or JJ too. Settled on Fultz. He was so smooth and so skilled. Could shoot the ball too. Then he got hurt. Too bad he's looked at like a bust when he's just had some major bad luck.

However, this season he's averaging 20 points, 10 assists and 2 steals per 36.

He makes his debut next game I believe. He’s been injured all year, you’re looking at last seasons numbers.

Philly did a NUMBER on Fultz and Simmons jump shots and mentals to say the very least. Couple that with bad injury history and both seem to basically be done for

Oh man. Thanks for clarifying.

I've never been a big fan of Ben. Preferred Ingram over him.

Philly had some serious bad karma come their way. They were sailing with Hinkie and then jettisoned him as soon as public outcry over their methods gained steam. They've been failing ever since other than Maxey.

They could have had a lineup of:

Embiid
Porzingis
Tatum
Ingram
Maxey
Bridges

They're one of the greatest "what if" scenarios of our generation.

And to top it off they wanted to pay Harris and Horford over Jimmy who not only is a far better player than both but is also Embiids best friend

Just a horribly ran organization. When we get mad just remember it could always be worse

He simply needs the touches and shot attempts, nothing more.

Nah, that's not what I'm saying. When healthy, Time lord is a wicked defender. Tbh, he should have won dpoy and not Marcus smart. He's that good on defense. I'm not saying he's better than Bam, Rob is no first/second option on offense, but his defense is no joke. It'll be a great test for Bam to see how he does when they key in on him. When teams take him out of his comfort zones, we stop doing p&r and head straight into the dreaded DHOs.

Friday return for Jimmy

It will be interesting to see what Miami wants to do here, are they gonna bring both Jimmy & Dipo back on Friday, since Jimmy is shown as a game time decision along with Dipo but they are saying for the Friday game now for Jimmy since he isn't with the team. Or will they introduce Dipo for the Wednesday game and have Jimmy back on Friday to prevent them from having two rusty guys back the same game, albeit Jimmy will get back on the horse quickly but Dipo will probably look rusty and take abit more.

Might make more sense to bring Dipo back for these next 3 games seeing as we have little chance of winning without being at full strength (1-2 stretch here would be solid) and let Dipo work off his rust so we’re ready to go the next 11 or so easy games after this 3 game stretch. It would suck to lose to a bad team we clearly should beat because we brought Dipo back and tried to let him work off the rust

Makes sense to sit Butler out for Wednesday. Give him an extra 2 days to fully recover.

C's throw the haymaker tomorrow. We counter on Friday.

Dipo has looked a lot better/fluid on shoot arounds, Team gave him a lot of time on his recovery and treatment. Now its time to see if either the team has given up on him being able to maintain his health and expect this to be off an on throughout a season and now are ready to take advantage of the on games or if he can maintain his body through a full season/playoffs, Dipo is definitely the guy who changes our bench for the better. I have totally given up on him, so I am negative nancy for the foreseeable future unless he proves me wrong.
