Worst in the league

Ewwwwww why do we continue to play him over Jovic, or one of other young prospects. I know why its about effort for Spo, if your flailing around, breathing hard, taking charges and contesting at the rim, moving your feet like your trying to kill a horde of roaches youll get all playing time.

Look at all those names he's grouped with. You can't teach offense it seems. I remember many of those as draft prospects labeled as upside offensive players.

Give all of Highsmiths minutes to Jovic and/or Cain and call it a day. Or just bring Jimmy back lol

This is the trade proposal:

Kyle Lowry and Max Strus for Kyrie.

Then somebody posted "He's good but not strus/Lowry good".

This comment had a few likes, which baffled me.

And I thought to myself...I must be going insane, because from a pure basketball perspective, If the off-court stuff wasn't a factor, I would make that trade in a heartbeat. I would probably even make that trade if Lowry was in his prime still, but I would certainly make it for 37 year old Lowry.

Saying "IF Kyrie didn't have the off the court issues" is like saying "IF Greg Oden didn't have the knee issues".

You can't separate the two at this point, which is why Kyrie is a big no-no. If he was sane we wouldn't be able to afford him.

His comment wasn't referencing Kyrie's off court issues. If he had said that, it would have been a perfectly acceptable comment. He specifically implied that Kyrie isn't good enough to command a return of Max Strus and Kyle Lowry.

Surprised he still qualifies for this with as many games as he's missed early on.

On today's Lowe Post podcast Zach talks to Tim Bontemps about the Miami Heat for just over 20 minutes. There's not been a tweet about it yet today to post.

Confirmation bias - the tendency to search for, interpret, favor, and recall information in a way that confirms or supports one's prior beliefs or values.

Does this make you guys think of anyone on this board? …. cough cough 3ammy3uck3ts cough cough.

I am glad to see Bam actually show a pulse as the main scorer, while still getting it done on the defensive end. I just hope the 3ammy3uck3ts version of Bam, you know the “best player in the world” version finally shows up for good and does not revert to Beta version once other players come back. All I want for Xmas is Alpha mentality Bam to become a norm.

Lmao!! You guys were **** on me constantly and now that it’s clear as day I’ve been right the whole time it must be eating you alive. I don’t have a clue who you are though to be honest.

He’s our best defender, he’s our best rebounder, one of our best if not our best playmakers, and now he’s our best scorer outside of a locked in Jimmy butler.

It honestly must be killing some of you to see how right I was. It’s ok to admit you were wrong and move on, I know ball and I know elite talent when I see it.

If he reverts when everyone comes back it’s 100% on Spo and his schematics. We know Bam and Riley want him getting the shots, they’ve both said it themselves numerous times.

I’ve never said Bam was the best player in the world, idk why that’s in quotations

Bow down to me, my vast knowledge of the game, and great eye for elite talent.

I might be the only one, but I do'nt hate Highsmith.

1) the kid really tries, he's leaving it all out there.
2) he's got good BB IQ, seems like a good versatile defender. Offense looks chitty, but he has 0 experience, give him some time to gain some confidence. He could become a decent backup IMO. He has a legit 3 point shot, he just needs to start hitting.

Also, watch out for the Smith kid. Same deal, but he has better scoring talent it seems. I see something in him. Might become a bigger Vincent.

If Bam continues this aggression throughout December. Riley has to make a decision and start building around Bam. Find Bam a body guard, give him his Charles Oakley, his Robert Horry, his PJ Brown.

Julius randle with 17 on 5-8 from 3 in the first?! Idk man the more I think about it the more I like the fit. He’d be PJ Tucker times 10 on offense, rebounding and playmaking. Defense is the only question

Who do you want him taking shots from? Bam, Herro or Butler?

Anyone but Bam, Jimmy needs a lighter load anyways. Caleb takes 9 shots a game as a starter right now, give him those 9 and take a shot from Lowry Herro and Jimmy and you have 12 right there. That’s plenty. Give Caleb Duncan’s 6 shots off the bench plus 2-3 more from somewhere else.

If u don't want 2b here, the way things work, u don't like it, then don't b here. U have 2 stand on something. If Miami ain't standing on something, they become alot of these organizations trying 2 find their identity. This is the culture, bro -Wade
