No mentions for Love/Griffin yet?
Only a handful of guys clearly ahead, but plenty of guys I'd listen to arguments for. Though he played C in his best seasons and about 50% of his career, so not sure why he's so clearly seen as a PF.
Amar'e was a great play finisher, and could get himself an okay shot as well, but not a good playmaker for others.
Head and shoulders ahead:
Barkley
Dirk
Just head ahead:
Malone
KG
Giannis
Amar'e more like eye level to them:
McHale
Love
Griffin
Evenish:
Webber
Brand
Draymond (complete opposite role)
Guys I intentionally left out as I see them as primarily a different position - LeBron, KD, Duncan, AD, Bosh, Towns, Pau
Not ranking Zion yet.
Probably forgot some guys - but I do prefer Amar'e offensively over Kemp of guys I read mentioned here.
How many PFs, since 1980, were better offensively than Amar'e Stoudemire?

Perhaps a playoff crack? Bosh was typically much worse come the playoffs with Toronto than he was in the regular season as the result of the slow, laborious way he played. Definitely part of some high-end, "beat up on the crappy squads" regular-season offenses, and obviously he found a way to fit in very nicely in Miami when he was no longer a focal offensive player (and much-improved on defense there, as well), but it makes sense that he ranks below Giannis offensively.
Meh, I don't think Bosh played in enough playoff games in Toronto to question his playoff portability or potential there.

It isn't his portability which concerns me. It's his lack of physicality, the tempo at which he created offense as a focal star, that sort of stuff.
But fair play; he had 11 games in the playoffs for Toronto. And the major difference in his offense between Toronto and Miami was 3pt shooting and being the third option, as well as CONSIDERABLY more passing support on his shots in Miami.
To me, he was always more of a complimentary player who was thrown into a focal role because the Raptors needed a centerpiece. And against the regular season competition they faced in the EC, that was fine. But yeah, he was a slow iso player with a jumper, kind of like a lower-volume, higher efficiency Carmelo Anthony. And that has only so much value. It's not like Bosh was a much better passer than Stoudemire, right? And considerably more resilient against postseason defense.
