Lue dusted off Roco in time for this game. It was a layup drill for Powell in the 4th. Reggie didn't shoot the ball so well but had a dozen dimes. I think they're holding down the fort just great till the rest of the team comes back.
A very nice win.

Been saying--RoCo's time will come. He got the COVID and by the time he came back there were too many moving parts already--

Powell and Batum terrible, Reggie struggling, Wall great one night and clueless the next, and Marcus missed a lot of time at first too. And T-Mann was a role player in search of a role. And Amir has really stepped up bigtime in all this chaos, a DNP one night and a starter the next.

And Diabate just made a statement tonight. Zu was getting slightly outplayed by Nurcic and so was Moses. Ty gave Diabate some burn and the whole thing turned around. Zu was minus-21 in 28 minutes and Diabate was plus+16 in only 12.

Back to RoCo--He was plus+10 in only 18 minutes, 15 points on 6-8 shooting [3-4] and at 6'7" he's a plus defender. Wouldn't be surprised to see him get serious minutes in crunchtime in the Finals. Just sayin'.

OK, that's cool, Nick. His numbers overall this year are good, and a scatterass game like tonight is not Senior's best platform. I don't like his game, never did and never will [too soft], but with Kawhi and PG back he IS a good fit. I stand corrected. And that's how Ty is coaching it, backing up your point. Keep the structure intact, and later sub in Kawhi and PG for Mann and Coffey.

Just sub in Kawhi Leonard and Paul George in for Terance Mann and Amir Coffey and leave the rest the same??
