I don't have a problem with it but the league has really gotten strict when it comes to calling travels this season.

They do this early on. Like last season with how strict they were about not falling for offensive players purposely foul baiting. Give it until the All-Star break at the latest and it'll revert back to the status quo.

Pretty big downgrade if your goal is to win championships.

The team would have to rethink a lot of things related to the roster and rotations. That said, I'd see it as a neutral for this year, and extending Giannis window by 4-5 years.

Do not think Minnesota would do it though. If/when they deal KAT, it will be for younger guys to roll better with Ant's timeline.

Seeing the KAT discussion. IDK, what about OKC? Something based on Holmgren and some of theirs 1sts. They'd recoup a bunch of what they lost in the Gobert deal. Holmgren is from MN and obviously lines up with Ant's age. OKC has to cash in some of these assets at some point.

Way outside the box idea would be a KAT/KD based trade

Raptors with a OG package would be interesting for KAT

Warriors could put together a decent package with Poole, Kuminga, Wiseman

The take foul rule change has been great as far as I've seen.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

If KAT became available, teams would be falling over themselves and sprinting to get in line for his services.

KAT is a player who needs to have perfect complementary players around him, but he's a dominant scoring big who's still just entering his prime.

New Orleans could put together an awesome package for KAT, and he's be a great fit there

I guess what I mean is I don't believe in KAT. He's an awful defender, doesn't make guys better, and wilts under duress.

I like it too and they'll properly call it all season, until the Celtics take an obvious take foul on Giannis on a critical possession in the playoffs and they call it a regular common foul.

We all know it's coming....lol.

If I am trying to win a championship I don't want KAT anywhere near my roster.

I said before the season that Giannis winning MVP was the easiest bet in the league this season. I said the 2nd easiest bet was the Timberwolves being a disappointment. Partly because Gobert is overrated, but mostly because the Timberwolves have been perennial underachievers since the day KAT showed up.

Celtics have about 6 guys shooting over 40% from 3 — with about 5/6 of them shooting over 45%.

Almost all of them are shooting a career high from the floor or TS% wise.

No way does that hold up over the course of a season.

Just so much talent in the league right now. A few of the best players to ever touch a basketball still playing at high levels, a handful of soon to be all time greats in their primes on contending teams, young players making all nba cases, rookies coming in playing at all star levels. I love the nba.

I know LeBron has lost a step, but he still is so damn good at what he does. I just can't understand how you'd put together a team around him where Russell Westbrook is the best 3 point shooter.

For the people that think Brook is unplayable in the playoffs because teams spam the high screen and roll at him, wait till they get a load of KAT “defending” it.

I’m fine if it holds up all the way until they face the Bucks in the playoffs then regresses to the mean.

The demise of the Sixers and Nets was a little bit too early. Both have been playing decent ball lately. The east is pretty stacked this year.
