Morey and Doc also another 2 years each after this year

Haven’t watched the game but I kind of knew how this game went.

With this much depth, we probably should find a way where..

- if embiid plays this way, it shouldn’t be contagious
- if our shot isnt going in, able to still play elite defense

Its one thing to lose and another thing to lose with poor effort and without running an alternative plan when things dont go our way.

Good thing we don’t still have Simmons additional 3, just imagine how bad off we’d be

Embiid played bad but the rest of the team played worse.

Cavs run a lot of zone on defense. Sixers shooters were ice cold.

Cavs were on fire on 3s. Mitchell, Garland and LeVert were knocking 3s at will.

Not going to overreact. Still missing two of our best players. Something was off at the start with Embiid and Milton/Melton were out of sync with the plays. Cavs playing at home saw it and took advantage. Right now health is the most important thing and getting all our players back up and running.

Not surprised how this one turned out. Cavs are the best team in the East. The only team in the conference great on both offense and defense.

I knew when Tucker hit that 3 the game was over.

I'm sure they'll review film today and address this with PJ.

We just ran into a more complete team that’s heading in the right direction fast. They have real growth in basically all positions G,W, PF, C something we certainly do not have. Whoever the list manager is deserves a raise.

Not sold on them due to being green and Mitchell (I don’t rate him) but they are very good, they were very good last year but were decimated by injuries.

Doc had a bad coaching night which is the big worry imo. You don’t start that type offensive game plan in any game so why should you do it now? Makes no sense.

The lack of speed and athleticism was on full display. I dont think the effort was bad they just struggled. Also for all the praise we have given M&M lately defensively. The cavs backcourt made them look like what they are bench players. Ofcourse we are a different team with our starting backcourt where more effort would have to be exerted defensively from the cavs if they were playing.

Need a starting wing and a back up 5

Making Tucker one of the vocal points of the offence at the start of the game. Not exactly a good strategy to employ, I get the idea to get him going but that’s robbing Peter to play Paul. Didn’t even start having Milton on ball til god knows when.

We were going to lose anyway but Doc try not start the game at a disadvantage right off the bat.

High chance it will be a continued trend in the Playoffs (see game 1 against the Hawks when Young literally cooked Green scorched earth style and Doc brought him back to guard him in the second quarter and still got roasted).

this was one of those nights lol. they hit shots. We didn't..

That was kind of what I thought upon observing the game last night. It had nothing to do with Embiid being cooked, or Shake being overrated, or PJ being old, or Reed having the IQ of a goldfish, or any of those things. Garland was hitting 40 foot threes off the dribble, Mitchell looked picture perfect out there, Mobley was even hitting threes. Last night was Clevelands night. It has nothing to do with beating Atlanta and drinking the hype kool-aid. We got smoke last night, they owed us one anyway for last year.

The Sixers will get better once they become healthy. Maxey and harden will ultimately be back and that will lighten the offensive load on Embiid. Right now he has to to carry the entire load and he is struggling with injuries. Despite that he has played incredibly well aside from last night. The lack of legit talent without Harden and Maxey is alarming once you play legitimately good teams but that should be addressed once those two return
