All Spain needs to do is not lose and yeah they are losing.

It's out.

That is actually in by the rules.

Yeah, isn't the widest/fattest part of the ball?

We need an overhead shot to confirm.

Still time to score 3 own goals.

Just saying.

You posted one!

I assume they got it right with the chips in the balls and whatnot.

The back part of the ball seems to be just touching/is paralel with the " imaginary" line above the out pitch border.

CR obviously doesn't defend well.

Germany goals, wide open knock ins.

Yeah this has been a fun game

this will be a nightmare game for me....

Are you Ghanaian or Uruguayan if you don’t mind me asking?

I have Ghanaians in my family through my uncles marriage, so I have cousins that are Ghanaian so I normally root for them as a second team in the WC.

Half Uruguayan, half Colombia, American born.

So yea... the start of my beloved Celeste has me a piss poor dreary mood..... the awful tactics of playing anti-futbol where as we played offensively towards the end of our qualifiers thus sealing our place in the cup has left all of us mad and angry at the coach.

It's going to be a nerve wracking game!

If you stick the level to the side of the ball bottom of the level will be catching line , means ball was still in , good VAR

Yeah, the ball is a sphere. It's not like the puck in hockey where if you see a white space, it means it's a goal/offside.
Karma might come to bite Spain in the ass for tanking today.

It would have been crazy that both Spain and Germany would have been out.

Japan outlasted them in the 40s and it looks like they will outlast Germany today :D

The thing is, I love the best of 1 for footy and best of 7 for bball.

Was sure that it was ok to step away during a 'lull'. Turned out to be the most exciting parts of both games!
