Just dumb roster decisions since Hinkie was let go. Too many bad coaches, bad luck with injuries and terrible development program. Yeah Jo and Maxey developed well, but a lot of that was the will of the players. I truly admire the Heat, Nuggets, Celtics, Raptors and Bucks.
They make smart decisions in these areas. you won't win a championship when you make so many mistakes. People put it on the players, but a lot of this is about how you build and making smart choices.
