Moving forward ,
The hawks are very similar to the Cavs in roster.
Lineup is somewhat depleted
Hunter and Collins OUT
Except they actually have a guard who’s known to be good defensively .

Right now I’m thinking could Thibs stick with the shortened rotation during another home game .

He's not a clown at all. He keeps it real n he speaks the truth about everything about this franchise.

He got a platform as a caller from KFTV I myself respect him, he's a true Knicks fan like many of us. We all deserve better

If Thibs plays Grimes, Deuce, IQ n Cam for 48 minutes total we could win. I hope we don't but we could if the players step up offensively. If he plays Isiah over Sims expect to lose. Capella will manhandle him. If he plays Randle 40 minutes expect to lose unless he has himself a game.

RJ has to step up if we want any chance to win. Mitch will shut down capella that's a guarantee. Capella wants no part of Mitchell Robinson. You'll see this game

Was going more into depth with this but page freshed.
He prefaced that RJ has never improved as his platform to go in on RJ
But Rj has improved ppg and PER every year.
He whining about 41% efficiency when 2 allstars went in last year with similar fg% FVF and James Harden

Stop slandering Isiah .
He had highest Plus minus Mitch had lowest .
Been trying to remain neutral about Mitch commentary but if you throwing it on my desk man we might have to have this dance .

Cam may not play ,
Thib likes his 9 man rotation apparently .
Offensively I agree the team might lean on RJ and I’m thinking as usual Brunson .

As far as Mitch is concerned ,
I’m seeing more value in him in 1 and done extended minutes .
Start half , ride him deep as possible , finish half with other centers.

Can they undress Capella? Hopefully.
Mitch got to play the pick n roll about as good as he tried last night . To at least Hart level .
Like actually properly defend it, not just chase a block .

And of course you agree with Ari ,
He is a little tanker like you .
At this point the tankers are hardly even real Knick fans anymore.

The mantra for 20 years is win now.
So that’s what it’s about , if your complaining about it , you being disagreeable of the fabric of what the teams identity is.

Is like being a yankee fan and say
‘ I hate we rebuild through FA and big spending ‘
‘We need farm system ‘
‘Only Homegrown ‘

Well newsflash that’s not the Yankees and guys like ari get a platform for being a contrarian .

Tanking is a feasible direction but also situational .
As the season progresses it may be more practical to pivot but for now , competing and evaluation is very much so an important tool.

A guy like Ari thinks he has a championship plan but it’s more likely he has your franchise bottom out, have terrible lotto luck , miss on draft picks .

U can say w.e u want about Mitch. He's one of the best n most impactful big men in the league. He's an absolute monster defensively.

Isiah was one of the most pointless signings we made n hilariously it was the second FA opened. We just had to snatch him up, meanwhile Sims should of gotten his due but the organization was fooled thinking Isiah could play in NY. Either the lights are too bright for him here or his perimeter shooting last season was an anomaly. For the record he's not being used properly but that goes for this entire roster.

I have no beef w Isiah, it's Thibs starting him that is the issue. He's a backup nothing more. He doesn't have one strength he's average. Maybe some team will be interested since he's expiring after next season.

+/- is a garbage stat by itself. Has more to do w the players you're on the court with. It's all context

I know that's my point. He's clueless. Not even bc cams a good player but defensively he is n he can disrupt that team.

If u notice since Mitch got his legs back n his lift, he's been a rock on the perimeter. There's nobody on the team that can defend like him. He gave Morant problems all game him n Grimes. Everyone said Mitch couldn't get out n defend anymore well he's quicker than ever.

The way he stuck w Greek was special. Mitch just getting started if he can stay on the floor

Yeah, at least wait until he's 22 like RJ before relentlessly bashing him. :D

Bad news: Stuck with Thibs longer
Good news: When he's fired, it's a package deal and the entire FO (probably minus Scott Perry) and coaching staff is fired too.

Even Knick good news isn't good news

She's starring in Wednesday which is a Tim Burton show and it's quite good. This version of Thing is fantastic.

Return to New York Knicks
