I do not know any of the Magic player who are out - Are they their core or starters?

NO Morris means more Covington and Batum. Wall, Powell and Kennard out means more Mann, Coffey and Jackson.

I am guessing the starters will be :

TBH this is a very refreshing reversal in health/availability.
