I don't understand what Lovie Smith is trying to do. Kyle Allen is perfect for the tank, but now you're going back to Davis Mills, who was never that terrible to begin with, for what?

Dallas is a 16.5 point favorite against the Texans. I can't recall the last time I have seen a spread that large in Dallas' favor.

A win here for Dallas basically means nothing, but a loss would be detrimental.

He's trying to save his job.

It's just a thing tanking orgs with no clear future QB do

We started Minshew the first 7 games in 2020, then went to Jake Luton for 3 games, then Mike Glennon for 3 games, benched him in the 2nd half of that 3rd game for Minshew, started Minshew the game after that, then benched him for Glennon for the last 2 games

It's floundering.

I really thought Dallas DST was set up to have the most dominant defensive performance of the season, but the qb change back to Mills ruins those prospects.

Mills is better than Kyle Allen and its not like they were winning with Mills either. I don't think you can fully tank in the NFL, the game is too physical and "losing the lockeroom" by not playing your best players is way more of a thing in football. Also, if Mills shows some improvement maybe someone trades for him in the summer. Kyle Allen is what he is at this point.

Neither does Lovie. He's not a good coach, none of their QB's are any good, none of their other coaches are any good, none of their front office is any good, and their ownership is...you see the pattern here.

Pretty cool helmets though, and I hear they sell Bud Light at the games...of course Bud Light is also not any good.
We watched the tragedy unfold. We did as we were told, we bought and sold. It was the greatest show on Earth...but then it was over.

What does that mean for Patterson? Is that **** coach gonna use their best weapon or continue to shelf him like he's some sort of antique?

I second that. Carr can be so frustrating. That and the sanctioned holding on Crosby every play... Jesus Christ.

It's for the best. This team and staff can't keep fooling themselves into thinking they're any good.
