His Prime WOWY is 1.5 and career WOWY (not relevant to this discussion) is 0.5. His Prime (per Thinking Basketball) is 1987-1994.

This ranks 390/671 players.

Safe to say, whoever is spewing illogical, unsupported and baseless claims about Daughtery is really missing the actual, on the court play we saw from Daughtery and whomever was playing while he wasn't.

I will say on Daugherty, and this is not to comment on the merit of him in the top 10 here:

1) His backups may deflate impact measures. Having Hot Rod (RIP) able to sop up extra minutes, plus the likes of Dudley (who had some very big [if crude] signs of impact one year on the Nets), Rollins, West. At first glance, at least, that seems like a high level of "reserve" minutes.

2) Otoh, Daugherty despite other Cavs falling, held up well in the playoffs.
