And Chris is a very impartial observer when it comes to wanting Rob on the court...

maybe the Lakers game he'll make his return. it's the 2nd night of a back to back, so Al will be out..

Then again, we don't want to base his return date on Al playing/sitting...want it to be the right time based on Rob's health..

They def think he's playing tomorrow based on this. Would allow us to stagger him and Al for the LA games as well. Neither needs to be playing B2B

Dying to see my dude get back. I might be tough to deal with for a while in game threads as I have high hopes of where he can evolve assuming the offense remains as pass and cut friendly as it has been when it's really cooking. Rob helped make Fournier tolerable, give him a strong role, unleash his distribution beast.

They could run a slight variation of this where it's Jaylen or even Blake in that corner. Easy baseline cut and alley oop dunk from there with defender turning his back. Curry-Dray-Looney/Wiggs run this a bit.

Rob is cleared to play, per Woj. Up to him now if he’s comfortable to make his season debut. My guess is still first home game back vs. ORL.

I would have never in a million years guessed ROB's voice sounded like that, lol
Robert Horry is better than MJ, because everybody knows that 7>6.

If I had to hang out with anyone on the Celtics, Rob would be my first five choices.

Having not spent much time with my down south family since Covid I forgot how much you had to pay attention when they first start talking until I watched that Rob video.

Grant for me. He's both smart and funny.

Save our defense TimeLord you're our only hope!

Post#1020 » by celticfan42487 » Wed Dec 14, 2022 6:10 am

"OH, the defense this season is frightful
But the fire from 3 point line is so delightful
So since we've got no trade to go
Let the TimeLord roam! Let the TimeLord roam! Let the TimeLord roam!"

We've finally made it Celtic fans.

This trip alone we've seen what happens when just even slight normal regression happens to a team that plays like a traditional Phoenix Suns team.

Drop coverage against the Warriors? Curry and Klay shooting loads in our face all night for easy wins until our dumbass coach eventually benches the trash at Center Stevens has signed and goes small ball and switch everything during a blowout.

When our offense goes on a drought against a .400 team in the Lakers? Instant lost of a 20 point lead and what was a it a 35-5 run by the Lakers????

This year our forced turnover rate entering tonight? 27/30 in the entire **** league. Last year when you have someone covering your mistakes so Smart and everyone else knows they can reach-in for a steal and gamble... 11/30th!

This year opponent effective field goal percentage... a very solid 10th place. Last year? **** FIRST.

This is because we have no defense. Because you can have no defense if you have no defensive bigs to work around.

Well all that is about to change as soon as next game or the game after that. Because...

THE TIMELORD FINALLY COMETH (shoutout to Horford likely being healthy to be the backup C as well)
