I truly believe that Riley can do a more satisfying and better job for the Heat as an Oldie Goldie Dancer at halftime than putting together rosters for the Heat.

I don't want wins, because it keeps giving them this false sense of status they don't posses, this team still thinks its about effort, they have enough, some guys have been injured, etc everything except being bad, bad construction, bad players, bad management.

like ICC says is not always about effort, many things going to making a good team... we don't have even 40% of them
spo mainly teach effort, he is always talking about getting into a good fight... that really helps but it's not all

Yeah this is a big problem. Even in the Waiter/Whiteside teams while not having even a fraction of the talent this team has, they went all out every night. Sometimes it looks like our players and stars dont care out on the court so why should we?

Your Bam apologism is reaching skip bayless levels. If he scores 30 points he is the next Wilt. When he scores 12 or 14 points against some of the worst teams in the league it’s spo s or the team’s fault for not putting him in a good position.

Sometimes we just need to call a spade a spade. I still love Bam and he is a great player but he is just mot that guy. So why are we trying to force him into something that he isn’t?

That wouldn't be right either and it wouldn't solve anything. We are a team full of G leaguers who has overachieved. We do not have a serviceable power forward. Too many holes.

I'm actually ok with Max being pulled.

On Herro, don't shoot the ball that damn early in the shot clock at the end of the game, I'd be less pissed if he dribbed around 2-3 more seconds then put up the shot, at least then SA wouldn't have had enough time to take it the length of the court to try to win if Miami made a shot.

One of the few times Herro didn't just dribble it around a bunch then jack a shot. He should have been able to see the shot clock to know how much time he had.
