Every L sucks but this one sucks a little less. To take the Pels to OT on their home court without Book and then not having DA or CP3 for most of the OT is not a bad effort.

They didn’t have Ingram tho to be fair . At full strength for both teams I just don’t see how we beat the Pels , if Zion stays healthy they are just simply better than we are .

Over this past nightmare week, it's reinforced for me the need for that 3rd scorer, preferably one who can create and bring some level of toughness.

Top of mind, Oubre is still the #1 guy for me then Randle (begrudgingly) and then maybe Gordon

Yeah I'm not taking that away from them and full health, I think they still beat us but just in terms of how we played without Book and the loss of DA and CP3, I just think this isn't a bad L.

If we play a 2-3 zone for most of the game I'm more than confident we can beat them

We need a PF and one that can score would be nice. While I did like Oubre, I felt we kinda did him dirty and I don't see him coming back. If he's traded here, well, that's something else but I still don't see that working. I've always liked Randle and hoped we were in the mix to sign him as a FA before he went to the Knicks. Again, we missed out.

I agree we need a scorer to complement the rest of the team. Gordon is too old now to run with us at the tempo which is really needed. And he comes at a pretty lofty cost.
