For me it is hard not to think that C's would have even more chances to win he ring with Luka instead of Tatum. They have a very good team very good coached
He may look like an idiot and talk like an idiot but don't let that fool you. He really is an idiot.

Much less of how he's even in the convo this season.
The guy is a 3-Point Machine, but thats about it.
Once his hands get cold, there is absolutely no additional value he provides.
I would even go so far to say, that he's an obstacle on days when his scope is distorted.
I believe that the 2020/21 Season is a clear testament for that, when he was not able to carry a
depleted bunch of Warriors into the playoffs.
I have nothing against Steph. I believe he is the greatest 3-Point Shewter ever. But he is not MVP Material.
Little harsh but there’s certainly truth to that.
He is a media/posters darling can do no wrong etc.
But the fact is he isn’t a great passer nor does he garner any sort of defensive value but funnily enough he isn’t a bad defender for a guard in of itself.
No secret Warriors have struggled to get going why?
Green has gone from an ATG defender now to just a very very good one.
Draymond is to GSW’s defence as what Curry’s offence is, yet you don’t hear bo beep from it.
Jokic for example his last 2 MVP’s was a harder carry job than Curry has ever done.
He is MVP caliber no doubt but he has a perfect supercharger behind him always and vice versa.
Curry/Green is basically Jordan/Pippen, MJ/Kareem, Shaq/Kobe just in a different form.
Li WenWen is the GOAT

Hes been the 1 seed two years ago and couldnt get a win or a first team. He evolved his game to become a point center without the coward and didnt get any credit for it last year. This year (if you go by how people talk) Harden is washed, everyone is hurt, Tobias is an anchor, Glenn is the worst coach ever, and Morey flopped on all his moves. If we award Jokic for what he DIDNT HAVE last year then theyll change it and say he Joel didnt win enough this year. No doubt in my mind. Only takes AD a month of MVP like play and Tatum 2 months of MVP like play to clear Embiid in player rankings afters 2+ years of MVP play. People are ready to move on and crown someone else even though he never won

Nobody is confused why the Warriors have struggled to win so far - their bench sucks. When Curry and the core group are in they’re blowing out opponents. The bench is simply that bad.
As for Mick Dundee’s post, there is really nothing that can be explained to them if they think Curry only excels at shooting threes. How they take in basketball games and fail to absorb anything meaningful is a mystery to me.

Embiid with 53 points and 12 rebounds against the lowly Hornets.
But his impact is undeniable.

He misses too many games as usual. On pace to miss 20+
Even if he only misses 15 games it would be unprecedented to win the award

There has never been an MVP winner who has missed a ratio of playing say 65/82 or less games

If he misses not more than 3-5 more games he'll still have more games played than he ever has. He's only missed 8 games.

He was on pace to miss more than that last year, and he ended up with a career high. Your boy Giannis has missed a few too, I wouldn't get too excited.

Expecting him to only miss 3-5 for the next 56 games is a pipe dream…

I have no illusions about this… Giannis himself has stated that load managing to be at peak health for the playoff to compete for a ring takes top priority. He won’t be gunning for MVP and he won’t be able to win a 3rd at this stage of his career with so much competition given that fact.

Same thing they said last year. He only missed 4 games due to injury this year. The rest was because of a really bad stomach bug.

Doesn't matter what it is, he's constantly missing games.
Last year it was Covid, this year it was a stomach bug, etc.
He needs to miss less than 10 games to have a chance at MVP - history has told us this. One person in 40+ years has won MVP missing more than 10 games, and the competition for the award wasn't nearly this difficult. You cant be missing 10+ games vs. a field of legitimate MVP candidates like today.
Here's to hoping he has no more colds, stomach issues, etc. and can stay on the floor and put some incredible performances on
Jokic 5x MVP train

jeez, you again?
I swear i've never seen u post anything unrelated to Embiid
Embiid might get the MVP vs. tanking teams, no1 is better at stat padding against awful teams that's for sure
dude took 32 (!) shots tonight, more than the rest of the starters combined and stil somehow managed to have the lowest +- of all the starters
like seriously if some1 would do a split between his production vs. good team as opposed to vs. awful tanking teams, the disparity would be huge
stat padding clown who'll get bounced easily in the playoffs (as always) because in the playoffs you can't pick and choose which games to play and you don't get to choose ur opponent, u also can't play 40 mins and chuck 32 shots and stil maintain stamina for a long grueling series
you do realize even Mason Plumlee would probably score 40 if he took 32 shots AND got rewarded with loads of phantom calls (didn't watch the game tonight but I assume he was rewarded with such as per usual)
last season you clamored over and over that Embiid should get it over Jokic because of "team record", so how come now he "just needs to get healthy"? shouldn't philly's record improve too for him to be a viable candidate?
we saw just how "valuble" Embiid has been with co-stars out lately (you were awful quiet in that stretch btw) lmfao
