Chris Paul seemed to me to be moving very well. That was great to see. Very happy with the performance today, aside from Book’s struggles (which I’m 100% not worried about).

Not sure why this forum is so down. Good win tonight. Saturday’s game is huge.

The previous 5 games were pretty terrible.

For most teams around the league, it’s been the same way. Good teams are losing to bad teams. Suns have players out. It’s unfortunate we went on a 5 game losing streak but things aren’t all as bad as it seems. Just gotta get healthy, and figure out this Jae Crowder situation. We should have an improved roster come February (I hope).

I wish we had Boban on our team, just so he could be on the bench. That state farm commercial with him being a commentator is comedy gold. I love that giant man.

Exactly. No team is perfect and wins every quarter. Not even the great ones.

Sometimes it feel like this board doesn't watch other teams play.

Especially with how many 3's teams shoot nowadays. Back in the day, a 15-20pt deficit it almost impossible to come back from, now teams routinely come back from these same deficits. A handful of timely 3's and a 10pt deficit is now a 3pt lead.

The Boston Celtics and the Milwaukee Bucks.
You mean the Bucks that lost by 41 tonight?

Technically the Bucks did play a FULL game for 48 minutes they just came up short and lost by 41.

If our fans were fans of the Bucks we'd be ready to tank after tonight.

They had their 8th loss in a 41 pt loss to Memphis tonight. We had our 8th loss last week in the Mavs game in a blowout.

I should send you back in a time machine to the night we drafted Kendall Marshall.

Really glad they got the losing streak out the way and got a good win on the road (where Suns have struggled so far). Bridges bouncing back well with a nice game. Glad Okogie is finally in the rotation. Booker still looks injured and his shots felt flat, I think he should’ve rested till he’s actually 100% healthy or close to it.

Hoping this win can spark a winning streak.

We stopped the bleeding and we are now on the right track again.

Book played hard and just his presence on the court was a relief for their teammates. Mikal played his secondary role on offense and that's what he needed after his last game.

Book didn't shoot well but the Clippers doubled him in the second half and he created space for his teammates...all those things aren’t in the boxscore.

CP3 played really well. He is starting to put his usual numbers and looking more and more himself.

Good job from Landale&Biyombo. Energy and toughness. Landale played like a mad man.

And a shout out for Okogie. He is playing lately fantastic games putting a rebounding clinic out there. He plays much bigger than his size.

Any team’s fanbase will be down when they’re on a 5 game losing streak. Yeah considering how awful the Suns were pre-covid, a 5 game losing streak seems like it’s nothing but it can still be frustrating for fans with higher expectations now of being a playoff team and winning a round or two or maybe more.

Just the other day I posted here a post from a Celtics fan who was saying Boston needs to fire their HC simply because the Lakers made a comeback against them. And he wasn’t the only one, there were other posters advocating for the same thing.

The same Celtics HC that has Boston has #1 record in the league and probably wins COY this season. Favorites by far to return to the Finals from the East. So yeah, fans are reactionary. Just a part of fandom.

I vividly remember that draft I believe most thought Kendall Marshall would be the next Jason Kidd 2.0 which is hilarious now but wasn’t prior to the draft.

I remember all the drafts, but like... i dunno sh*t about college basketball. I literally just started watching San Diego State Aztecs cause my roommates are all into them, so that's the extent of my college basketball knowledge and none of them are making the NBA, IMO. I dunno where i'm going with this.

You’re not the only one. I don’t know much about college I mean I used to follow AZ Wildcats but not much past 4-5 years since they show most of games on pac 12 network (channel not easy to acquire) used to watch on fox sport net along with suns & yotes. But yeah, besides a few games here and there I mostly follow nba along with few other major league sports.

I was a pretty big draft buff from 2011-2020, when it was our only avenue for improvement. I remember getting pretty wasted when we picked Marshall, because I thought he was a surefire bust. Got that one right. Though TBF, that was a pretty bad draft. Picks 10-30 were much worse than the players drafted 31-40, which included Jae, Draymond, Khris and Will Barton. Best players taken 10-30 were Evan Fournier (20) and Mo Harkless (15). All the rest are already out of the league. I would have taken John Henson with that pick, which just goes to show.
