Thing is they compliment each other so well. Franz would fit on any team with his size, decision making and shooting. On the other hand Banchero has unique size with rare body control which enables him to draw fouls.
I would propably pick Paolo first and Franz second but its close. Games against elite defenders show Banchero has easier time creating and he is still a rookie.
