I think most of us, Arsenal fans, still have the eye on finishing top 4.
The team isn't deep enough to stay in the title race and compete in the Europa League and FA Cup.

Yeah we are still short in some key areas. Lets see how we look after the January window and how we look after a pretty pretty tough stretch of games in the new year straight after the world cup.

And hope that in February you don't have a rash of injuries.

Any news in Belgium (or Arsenal) about Tielemans? Obviously he hasn't signed a new contract with us and I've read often that his heart is set on playing for arsenal.

He's a class player who I'd like to make captain and at least double his pay so that he stays with us, but doesn't seem likely, unless Arsenal rebuff him and take someone else (again).

The rumours about Arsenal are there, but the it's believed by the sports media he's going to test the waters of free agency.
He believes he's on the brink of making one of the most important decisions of his career. Staying at Leicester is also an option btw, but I think it depends on some of the other star players.

It will be interesting how this World Cup will affect the Premier League, which will be the most impacted league, with Germany being the least impacted since already had a big winter break.
Liverpool and Newcastle seem to have an advantage.

Great now that Argentina won the World Cup, Villa are going to give Martinez a rest which means we have to trust Robin Olsen. I’d be fine with it if we weren’t playing Liverpool for our first game back smh.

Shame on southgate but Maddsion shouldn't need the rest.

Madders should be fit and healthy for you guys now which is a bonus, might be a bit rusty with no action on the pitch (unless he’s played in friendlies? I can see Leicester making a big push for the remainder of the season.

All the Premier League teams, sans Bournemouth (who lost to Newcastle), won in the cup today.

City vs. Liverpool tomorrow.

At least that'll be one of them out.

Hope we don't get Man city in the quarters.

Comfortable, and sometimes classy, win last night.

Easiest draw possible so we can make the semi-final , please.

Wolverhampton signing Cunha seems like an expensive way to celebrate relegation.

All I can say is: He must have a great agent.
I am baffled that clubs keep paying that much money for him. Not a player you want to rely on if you need to win games…

Brentford let their 2-0 lead slip. Took Tottenham a half to find their feet.
