Re: Build a Franchise (Season 6) Regular Season Thread
Trying to put together multi-team trades or more than one complimentary deals when you don't know where half of the players in the league actually are right now is hard.
After having failed to make several multi-trade scenarios work, I think I'm just going to close business offices completely until January 15th and wait for clarity.

Part of the reason I'm waiting until 1/15 lol. Hell maybe later, a lot of those trades are gonna back fire or were put in before people realized what they had frfr. Gonna be a lot of teams wanting take backs.
Plus I'm eyeing a few teams specifically and my pitch is better the weaker their season is looking.

I wonder how many of these deals fall apart because of a mathematical error when it comes to the cap.E-Balla wrote:Depalma2002 wrote:Trying to put together multi-team trades or more than one complimentary deals when you don't know where half of the players in the league actually are right now is hard.

I have a few I've been eyeing that'll need a 3rd team. I have a few obvious moves that'll fix that right up though.

Given the talks, looks like my league wide team spreadsheet will have tons of updates to it Jan 15th

Letting people know I won’t be able to be used as a third team for long after the 15th. Any team that was planning to maybe use the Grizz needs to give me a heads up ahead of time if not….. I can’t do nothing ya man….

Re: Build a Franchise (Season 6) Regular Season Thread
I'm putting these boxscores in and the Spurs are a damn +17 so far. To put that in perspective I'm second in the West and I'm about a +9.5 team so far. Portland is in the play in and they're a +3.
San Antonio might be the best team we've ever seen in BaF and they're going to be better next year with Curry and Bane looking to be way improved.

I drafted him. I brought him back when the league had turned their backs on him. I regret trading him. But it ultimately got me Jaylen.

Looks like there might be the need for a red table talk after the 15th after these trades get announced.

Yea the Spurs are special. It's tough to repeat in BaF, but they've put themselves in a great position. They went from a lottery team to getting both Curry and Joker via trades smh. I don't even remember who or what he traded for them lol. Goes to show how the right move or two can change everything for a franchise. Similar to Hoffa getting Durant.

Deez Knicks made the worst trade possible and gave MPH both Jokic and Mikal Bridges for RJ Barrett, Jalen Suggs, and Robert Williams. All that to be at a 51 win pace with Giannis smh. Gave away the two best players in the deal and didn't even get an All Star or pick back for a back to back MVP (that might need a 3rd in a row for what he's doing this year).
