Tatum and Luka will drop. Gaurantee it.

Still a lot of the season left thigh. Luka, Giannis, Tatum, Kd all still in the running.

What do you mean still in the running? Those 4, along with Curry & Jokic, are the front-runners. Embiid is the one that is on the outside looking-in.

Lol ok buddy. Embiid is most definitely a top 3 candidate at the moment. The others have fallen off.

Curry will miss too much time. Celtics and Tatum have gone 4-6. You are going to justify those two right now? Luka has come back down to earth and Mavs are not winning.

Right now Embiid, Jokic and Giannis are the serious contenders.

You could say KD, but ultimately will not win it with what he pulled this summer.

I think you got the wrong thread. This is the standard MVP thread, not the Most Valuable Philadelphian thread.

....and? They're second in the league.
Every team has bad stretches. No?
Tatum is putting great numbers and he's consistent which was one of rhe questionmarks about his stardom potential. He has clearly become an elite player and worthy candidate.
Tatum, Giannis, Jokic.
That's the top3. Rightfully so.
Morant, Embiid, Zion, KD, Booker, Luka can get there as long as their team is a top3 team(and keep playing great ofc).

You guys took Embiid out of the running for the slow start, but allow Tatum it. Embiid is the leading scorer in the league and has his team on a 6 game win steak. Your team loses 4 in a row your dropped down a peg. Be consistent and don't be hypocritical.

Embiid is about 200 points behind the leading scorer in the league.

Or you mean PPG because Embiid can't stay on the court?

My dude. You are the one talking about now.
If the regular season ended today, Tatum would have been a frontrunner.
Embiid not.
It's 30 games, not 6.
This is not the player of the week award.
If the Celtics go on a 3 win streak and the Sixers lose all 3, will you come in here suggesting the same things?
Instead of talking about hypocrisy better hold your horses.

Sixers go on a losing streak, yes I would say Embiid goes down a peg.

But the Sixers weren't a top3-4 team either way so far.
Plus, if you judge someone's case in a few games, you clearly have it wrong. It's a marathon not a sprint.
