Jokic as a reign MVP and Denver as a title contender is chosen this year for the Christmas schedule. The opponent is another TOP4 team from the West, Phoenix Suns, which #1 star Devin Booker will play after a one-week pause.

Great start to the game, but when Denver take a 26-11 lead it was announced that Devin Booker will not be back in the game due new injury, a perfect moment for a 2-21 run :banghead:

-6 on halftime, but without Booker, this is a must-win game, especially because of Memphis's today loss Nuggets are in a position to finish 2022 as #1 on the West.

Another epic/historical Jokic's monster performance with a 40+15+15+ triple-double, perfect 28-13 game from Gordon with 7 dunks including dunk of the year which decided the game in overtime last minute, very good Murray's 25+5+5+ game, especially in 4Q&OT.. but we almost lost this game despite their best player played just a few minutes!? Because all others underperformed badly (except KCP) while two Suns bench players scored 50pts (the whole Denver bench just 11).

But a win is a win, and this win will be actually remembered for a long time thanks to Jokic, Gordon, and Christmas, and which is also important, the Nuggets just take lead on the West tonight!

This was a fun game to be my mom's first Nuggets game. Full crowd and so much energy. That place would have lost it if that dunk didn't count as it was fairly clear he was moving from my vantage point. Tony Brothers finally doesn't screw us.

This is tough one. Really exciting game till the end. Amazing Gordon and Jokic. Won´t say Murray who had great 4th Q but 36% shooting overall.

Easily best Christmas game of them all but without Booker, this really shouldn´t be OT thriller. Wonder what happened with Bones because last five games he is 12/46, 6as to 6 TO. Terrible defense and only looking for his own shot. And Zeke doing absolutely nothing on the court (again).

And gotta admit... I thought the charge was a right call. :D
