Rollercoaster season, but I think with all our players ready to go but Olynyk, this is a must win game.
Let's go Jazz!

I really don't like the Spurs and their blatant tanking..... Hopefully they get screwed in the draft......

A disappointing game considering the Spurs' tanking and roster. We should have had this one but started flat and were never to take control. The comeback at the end was cool, almost got it done. Both Conley (earlier in the game) and Beasley had 3s that were half-way down before rimming out so it was close.
Props to Markkanen who didn't have a great offensive game but stayed aggressive and ended up with 32 points because he managed to get to the line.
I thought Sexton should have played more.
It sucks to see Gay play this bad, I feel bad for the guy. But he hasn't been good.
On the positive sign, we managed to give the Spurs a W, so how cool would it be if we end up with the first overall pick through Minnesota? Hopefully this win helped with that.

Draft Nate Wolters - FAILED
Keep Nate Wolters - FAILED

The real decision the Jazz FO is making is between Continuity, Cap Flexibility, and Cash Considerations.

Really I hate this inconsistency.
Spurs really played bad. They had tons of TO, easy shots missed, and they still managed to score 126 points on us.
We can score... but looks that anybody can score nowadays, so it's not a big deal. The difficult one is to defend. And we are really bad at it.
Right now we have lost one game vs Rockets, Wizards, Pistons & Spurs, teams who are less than 40% W-L. You trade those one and we would be 23-13 fighting for being #1 in the west.

Just a disaster defensively from the start, spurs shot 55% from the field. They got into the paint too easily and Lauri, vanderbilt and gay are not really scaring anyone under the basket (Lauri did have 2 blocks though), and kessler seemed to get called a foul every time he tried to stop a drive..
In the end two lucky bounces decided won the game for spurs, first beasley had that in-and-out and then the floater by spurs guard (tre jones?) bounced straight up and in. Well the game should have been won by then anyway..

To your point, the Jazz are ranked fourth best for offense at 115.8, but are also ranked fifth worst for defense at 114.5.
