This team has everything that we need. One more move for Cam/Seth could put us over the edge

Kuzma getting traded is a growing belief in Washington; Nets will most certainly ask. If the Nets offer the pick this year and one of Mills/Curry plus Thomas, future seconds, you do it. Kuzma is another big body; trading for Kuzma would be akin to when the Pistons traded for Rasheed Wallace in 2004. They were a very good team before him but just purely dominated after acquiring him(we should have won that series in 2004 btw)

don't think Kuzma would be a good fit (at least not for a first round pick). He's not much of a defender (or spacer) and his individual scoring doesn't add a whole lot to this team.

Who's minutes and shots he taking?

Bad fit from any angle you take a look. Bucks can use Kuzma desperately simply because they don't have enough firepower to compete vs top teams in EC.

It's clear as day, with healthy Ben and TJ Bucks stand no chance vs this BK team. They will get back door swept if they see us come PO.

imo that Bucks team with their big 3 out there is the best team in the league

Perhaps, but we're built to beat them. They're system gives up the midrange, and we have elite mid-range scorers. We match up far better against the Bucks than we do against the Celtics.

Plain simple, they just don't have firepower to overcome KD, Kyrie and TJ, you add the fact we got Ben to keep either Giannis or Jrue in check... they don't stand a chance. They have to prove us they can compete vs this Nets team.

Saltics have a gang that we already lost to. Now if we put context into to all this talk. TJ just had his 2nd game back, nowhere near he's right now, Ben missed the game and most important player in that match up that clowns has no clue about. This kid Yuta who will be difference maker.

We just completely different team with Ben, TJ and Yuta in our rotation. I truly believe right now that we has best team. All we need, is to get into PO in one piece healthy.

The Nets are now 5th in ORTG, 10th in DRTG

Jacque Vaughn should be heavily considered for COTY.

Team needs to focus on health and a top 2 seed I think. When healthy we can compete and beat anyone.

Marks needs to make one more trade for that one piece to take us over the top.

There's not one team in this league that is this loaded period. All we need is some more time.

Key to all this-> JV and Kokoskov

How fu***** refreshing it is to really have a coach. Not Zen, not Pop type he is of course but just a ok coach who know how to rally it's troops. Huge props to these guys on coaching stuff.

JV replicating what Ime did last year. Absolutely COTY level performance. Entire team that has Kyrie on it believes in JV. Something no coach was able to accomplish.

ORTG is deceiving for sure for sure. We best team out there with closest competition trailing 10 miles away. TJ is unfair to have on this team.

These next two months will be pivotal, if we can squeeze it out to March healthy, I like our chances.

KD is still averaging a lot of minutes (36.4) for a guy of his age and injury concern. Similar situation with Kyrie, who's younger, but gets injured pretty much every season.

A few extra losses here and there are going to be well worth it if these two can be rested and healthy for a PO run. More burn for the backups won't hurt, either.
