Hawks are on the tail end of a B2B. Let's keep the money coming in with another win against a playoff caliber team.

Let's go Amerks!! (don't know yet if I can watch this or not since living in the Atlanta area with no local TV... maybe the re-broadcast on League Pass. But, I'll be checking the box scores! )

Let's see if the Nets can keep the same level of focus and intensity they've showed the last few games.

The last few games have been so much fun for multiple reasons. Let's keep it going

Side note, there really needs to be a non-blow it up trade target thread

I really think Marks has to trade some combination of Seth, Cam, Sharpe, Kessler + 1FRP for a specific archetype of player:

A) A stretch 5 to come off the bench that can shoot 3's and defend a bit
List: Naz Reid, Kelly Olynyk, J. Vanderbilt, WCJr, M. Muscala

OR

B) A 3&D 6'4' and above wing that can shoot
List: Kuzma, M. Beasley, Otto Porter Jr, Gary Trent Jr, Kenny Williams, A. Burks)

That would really round out the roster and also provide some injury insurance. The last 20 games have shown the Nets first 8 are really good: KD, KAI, Ben, Clax, Royce, TJ, Yuta, Harris. These are the main guys right now.

I think Sumner is a good guard of the bench for defense, energy and ball handling but his shooting and shot creation is not ideal. While Seth provides the shooting, shot making Sumner lacks, he gets destroyed on defense most night because he's too small and does not move well. Cam and Sharpe are still years away and needs playing time to get where they need to be. Given that Seth is older at 32 and is on expiring, flipping him and or Cam can really solidify this team as a contender.

Ten wins in a row would be special. Not easy to do in the NBA or any league for that matter.

Hoping for no injuries, no drama and of course a win.....

Collins was out the last time we played the hawks so he could be a difference maker.

This is a trap. The Nets need to come out playing to blow them off the floor.

Thanks for the heads up.

We will most likely see some hungry bench players with something to prove. Can not take any NBA players-teams for granted. A look back at our unlikely win over the Pacers a few weeks ago is all we need to know. This is another reason I'm glad we have Jacque Vaughn coaching instead of Nash. Nash found a way to screw things up.

Start feels like the Nets are kind of coasting. Need to lock in

Weird decision by Vaughn to only go with 1 sub this quarter. The second unit with Kyrie and Ben were doing great the past 2 weeks. Now we're going to play a very strange lineup to start the 2nd.

11-2 to start the 2nd. No Kyrie or KD on the floor. 5 easy layups. Zero chemistry on offense. We've gotten zero good possessions.

I'm fine with trying out Ben only lineups but they've mostly been bad so I was hoping they'd be a little more prepared.

Not overreacting but Vaughn's been preaching WIN everyday. The last 12 minutes of this game felt like a preseason experiment. Or just disrespecting the opponent. Like the Hawks are bad enough to mess around with. They might be. It's fine but I'm not a fan of it. That's not what got us here.

Finally Durant moves the ball. Christ i hate when he gets tunnel vision when we go down in games.
