If you could trade anyone on the team for expiring(s) plus draft capital, who is worth the most draft value?
Beal (long, expensive contract)?
Porzingis (expiring himself)?
Avdija?
Kispert?
Other?

Before the deadline I'd say Kuz. There is always going to be a contender who's might panic and think they are one good third scoring option away from a tittle, and might drop a couple of picks on Kuzma.

Re: Trade value (expirings plus pick)
Wright: 2 2nds
Morris: 2 2nds
Davis: not worth trading right now
Beal: expiring, anything, just get him out of here
Barton: longer contract + pick(s)
Kispert: not trading him
Avdija: not trading him
Hachimura: anything, not worth extending
Kuzma: longer contract + pick(s)
Todd: anything
Gibson: no trade value
Gill: no real value, might as well keep him, good guy
Porzingis: anything
Gafford: big contract starts next year, I don't think anyone wants to trade for him right now
Carey: give him minutes please
My guess is that Tommy manages to get the -23 1st back from the Knicks. Wiz end up with the 9th pick in the draft and make some super stupid move during the offseason (because they can now trade all the future picks). The pain never ends.

Re: Trade value (expirings plus pick)
My dream is that Tommy gets the 1st back from the Knicks for Kuzma, Beal goes to the Lakers for Westbrook and the two firsts, then we finish in the bottom 5 and get a legit player both this year and next year. I have no problem with resigning Porzingis and keeping Gafford as long as our 1st rounder isn't another center.
I wouldn't call either Avdija or Kispert untradeable but again, I'd be going full Hinkie here. I will say that the one positive you can say about the Wiz history with our GMS is that we have been extremely patient and have not fired them for poor results (even when we should have). If there is any franchise where the GM should have confidence that the team will stick with him if he thinks long term, this is the one, as long as the owner is on-board about rebuilding.
That said, you didn't really answer the question unless the 2 2nds is really your opinion of the best return any of our players can bring.

I just listed stuff out of my head, didn't really think too much about the question, sorry. I guess Beal, despite his awful contract, is still the most valuable asset and Westbrook + 2 1sts would be awesome and fairly realistic return.
