Bulls are in a much worst spot than us for sure. Sitting in the 10th seed at 15-19. Kind of feels like they are where we were after trading for Blake. Missing their future draft pick, not performing as well as they had hoped with 3 "all-stars", and one of their main guys in LaVine not really playing hard on the defensive side of the ball.

On our side, it will be interesting to see where we go with the rotation tonight. Does McGruder start? Livers is still listed as out..... Bagley is questionable.

With Killian and Bagley out id start Ivey and Burkes backcourt.
Duren, Stew and Bojan frontcourt.
2nd unit will be thinner options, maybe Casey will have to use his noggin to rotate a bit differently than a mindless 5 in 5 out Jr High level strategy?
2nd unit available
Diallo
Joseph
Noels
Bey
Knox
I guess he could scrape em together to make two 5 man units..
What would the simpleton do if he only had 8 or 9 available?
Im thinking hed attempt to play 4 on 5 because it would be too taxing for him to figure substitutions without a blanket 5 in 5 out. Hes just that obtuse.

Without Hayes, the offense, or what little is outlined by Casey, is going to be a trainwreck tonight. Hopefully Ivey is up to it and shines.

The rotations are going to get ugly, thats for damn sure.

Diallo didn't deserve anything more than one T..... He gets a chance to play, and balls out like usual, but can't play in the 2nd half, or tonight. And then Killian is suspended for 3 games.

I'm tired of the refs receiving 2nd billing.. Enough of the **** reviews. Not everything is a flagrant, either. Give the coaches another challenge, and let them STFU, and make the call in one or two minutes MAX, instead of preparing their histrionics as they dance to the microphone. The game is bad enough without any real good offense/defense. I watch NBA Gametime, and I can't tell you how many teams lose because they're dumb. Down by 1, jack up the most difficult step-back 3-pter with a hand in the face.

But yeah, I talk with this guy in Chicago, and he thinks it's been a complete waste to bring in guys who don't play defense. I'm not a big Lavine fan, but he could maybe be a piece. It doesn't even matter - they mortgaged their future, paid all their guys, and better get as many wins as they can now. Drummond should be fine as long as he comes off the bench. He'll give you a double-double in limited minutes, but that's about it.

NBA is becoming a gambling den, but since we're at it, stopping game-time crucial FT's to have a woman with nice cleavage tell me about ....
Is there an over/under on how many Drummond hand sashays to the sky tonight as he indicates to fans (staring at their phones) that air doesn't weigh anything.

Killian gets 3 games while Bron got 1 for an intentional elbow to the face and was not a reaction but was the aggressive first move, yeah, sounds fair.

Great point! I didn't even think about this one.

I wish Detroit has a "**** Everyone" attitude, realize everyone is against them (so they unite), and during the game, completely ignore the referees. All business. No play. We might need to trade for a tough guy, enforcer, veteran leader. I've underestimated how the vets like Bojan will help others develop, too.

Man you'd think a Bey/Bojan lineup would have a hard time staying with wings like LaVine and DeMar but perhaps not.

Are the Bulls this bad, or are the Pistons just playing well?

I honestly can't decide which.

demar doesn't use quickness at all to get to get his spots, he uses his strength and craft so he's not really a threat to blow by those two.

you can already tell though the team (even guys like stewart) are having trouble with lavine's suddenness/athleticism.

Duren tapping back out rebounds he can't control is something you'd see from Rodman or Wallace... its rare to see from young players because most guys want to get credit for the rebound and you don't get a rebound or an assist for a tap out... Great to see he is putting the good of the team ahead of the stats... you didn't see much of that from Drummond.
