again we are going away from what worked....for what has not. Biid has the offense hub doesn't work..he is a finisher and self creator. He CAN make passes and such ala KG but thats not his game and we don't have the movement shooters for it to work consistantly.

It's funny how quiet this thread is when we are up big *Knocks on wood as I type this*.

It just hit me. Harden probably had a party tonight.
2025-2026 Philadelphia 76ers:
Maxey/McCain/Lowry
Edgecombe/Grimes/Gordon
George/Oubre/Edwards
Watford/Barlow/Walker

Dude has not been doing that for ages or does it a lot less but it’s convenient to just say it because everyone thinks that’s the case.
I'm sure you have watched Harden for most of his time in Houston. Wouldnt you say that's his main go 2 to create separation.

He doesn't do it every possession but he does it often. Some half court possessions we're scrambling to get a bucket because harden dribbled 12 seconds away

If Melton was 4 inches taller he would be one of the best 3& D wings in the league.

Maxey returns, we lose, Maxey out again, we win, cannot be a coincidence!

Off game from Embiid and still distributing like a true playmaker with 9 AST, 4 BLK, the most versatile player in the history.
It's just a matter of wanting to do it, Embiid doesn't need to often because his scoring is so potent it's a waste to pass the ball to worse scorers.

Maybe Maxey had something to do with that? CJ had a field day against traffic cone obviously.

Stop trolling. Maxey had nothing to do with that game. Blame Doc if you want.
Pelicans are the best home team in the NBA so far going 15-4 at home. Not to mention it took a historic night from CJ to overcome us. We were right there with them.
CJ could not do **** tonight vs the Grizzlies. Next game vs the Pelicans at home will give us a clearer idea about what this team really is.
