The Democratic consultant said that Wes Moore should be the democrat's presidental candidate for 2024 when Biden steps down, which of course shocked the newscasters and Joe Clair. The Republican consultant said that ultimately, Trump and Desantis could and would be the ticket in 2024.
I think the Democrats better prepare for (a) Biden stepping down, and (b) going against a Trump/Desantis ticket.
Lol there’s zero chance that Biden doesn’t run. Democrats would be shooting themselves in the foot if Biden doesn’t run. He’s had a very productive 4 years, passed tons of legislation, defied midterm history and most importantly had the incumbent advantage which bodes well for reelection.
And on the same hand there’s zero chance Desantis adds Trump to the ticket. Trump has the stench of loser all over him and if he doesn’t win the Republican Primary as much of a ass kisser as Desantis is, he’s not torpedoing his campaign by putting Trump as his VP. I hope that Trump follows through on his promise to run as a third party, an absolute gift to the Democratic Party.
