Need these vets to step up if we want to eek out a win. Only 8 players though it’s going to be a long night.

Is this the first time all year that we've had a traditional PG and SG in the starting lineup?

The paint is wide open and refs don't allow nba teams to play real defense anymore

Just about to post something similar, that foul call on Fultz is why scores are inflated in the NBA today. You really can't play defense anymore, like at all.

I like this smaller line-up with Houston at PF

EDIT: I'm aware they're not doing that well.

We have somehow marginalized Paolo's talents. Fantastic.

Besides not utilizing him in the post (which admittedly I have beat the dead horse on that one), he's looking timid from deep and no longer looking for his midrange shot.

I like how we've defended, we're not giving up easy stuff. OKC hasn't necessarily been super sharp obviously, but that hasn't stopped us from defending badly before.
11/18/2017 - I have officially disowned Nikola Vucevic and branded him a loser.

- Skal Labissiere was my guy in 2016 pre-trade. Whoops, but I still believe.
- Malik Monk was my guy in 2017. Whoops(?)
- Mo Bamba was my guy in 2018. TBD.

He's a rookie. He's put a lot on tape at this point. Defenses are making adjustments to things that they now know he can do well. Combine that with some understandable confidence issues in his shot and you see stretches where guys don't always look the same.

Progression and development isn't always linear. Guys have hot streaks. Guys have slumps.

Not everything is "THE MAGIC ARE RUINING HIM" man.

It's not that serious or dramatic. I'm just not liking the positions we're putting him in. He is almost exclusively asking for the ball 10-15 feet from behind the 3 point line.
