Bulls give up 71 pts to Donovan in a O.T loss. I think they may need a Matisse.

I think the valuation is off.

And as long as Eversley is still there, we know they like Tobias and Matisse.

Covington being buried on the bench in LA. Gotta find a way to bring him home.

Edgecombe/Grimes/Gordon
George/Oubre/Edwards

Re: Fantasy Trade Thread
Shake Milton for Naz Reid.
Shake's gonna be buried once Tyrese is fully back, Naz will be buried once Towns is back.
Shake might start in Minny. Reid might be the most legit backup we've had for Embiid.

Wonder if you could get the Raps to bite on FVV, Otto, and Thad for Tobias and Milton. They seem to be way down on Fred.

Re: Fantasy Trade Thread
I’m really struggling to see a trade that makes sense for us. I’m emotionally preparing myself for a meaningless trade designed to get us under the tax line.

Re: Fantasy Trade Thread
So it sounds more and more like the only trade we're getting is Korkmaz and the CHA 2nd for nothing, and then seeing if someone becomes available in buyouts.

Wasn't that always the most realistic outcome (not necessarily Korkmaz, but a move in general that would get them out of the tax)?
I think they're willing to pay the tax if there's a deal out there to make the team better, but it absolutely makes sense for them to get under if there's not. And not just in terms of saving the owners some money.

I wouldn't be surprised if we moved Korkmaz for a 35+ guy like Taj Gibson.

Yep, agreed on all counts. Still, even when you know it's coming, it's kinda disappointing. And not the getting out of the tax aspect, but rather the not improving the team aspect.

Make it simple.
