Yes.

If the Magic get the No. 1 pick they should take Wembanyama and then flip Carter for a starting guard like Simons.

A front court of Wemby|Paolo|Wagner would be so exciting. WCJ has decent trade value, too.

The Magic could have used Moe Wagner this game to fight back vs the nasty Grizz

For sure. He's embracing that enforcer role for us.

I am at the point where I would entertain a team of Paulo, Franz, Carter and just clone Houston (sp) for the rest of the positions. Regardless I think that kid has a future in the NBA as a 3 and d specialist.

a 7 man roster of Paulo, Franz, Carter, Bol-bol, Suggs, Mo, Houstan is very intriguing and just needs another ball handler + 3pt shooter to spread the floor.

That being said, guard is in fact our weakness.

I've always felt like good guards make life easier in the regular season. They collapse the defense, setup easy shots, all those good things.

In the playoffs at the end of a game, then sure, surround Paolo and Franz as veterans with 3&D guys and light up the league. Over an 82 game season, it's too much. So we still need a guard or two.
