He’s my guy bring him over! Crisp fundamentals and can offence for a big, easy decision.

It does look like he's framed out a bit more. We'll see where we are with regards to open spots/needs next summer, but encouraging to see his game ascending.

Mostly translation being in the Euroleague 2nd season now, his game is solid offensively. He shoots it well enough so the spacing could be handy.

How is his defense will he be able to switch , does he have rim protection potential?

He's good at at switching in Euroleague and he's blocking shots too, playing good help defense as well . Now I am not sure how effective he would be in the NBA , yet to see. But he looks confident on both side of the court in Europe. If he continues with this kind of improvement , he will be in the NBA next year. Sixers can use him as the trade asset too, if they decide not to sign him to a contract, he will have the value, he will be only 23 years old with the productive season at the highest European level of basketball.

If Glenn is still the coach, I'm sure the Sixers will trade him for another aging veteran that Glenn can play for 38 minutes a game in the regular season as he nears that all time win record.

Meanwhile, Petrusev will become a star elsewhere.

He's playing mostly at PF position at his club in Europe.

Special in europe because he can play in the NBA

Not special in the NBA because he’s an ordinary center with no standout talent

Another strong game by Petrusev in Euroleague today. His team won on the road, missing some key players today , 25 points,9 rbd, 2 blocks.

I watched him play against my local team (Cibona) on Sunday in ABA league. Cibona was really fired up and they eventually managed to beat Petrusev's team (Red Star) that is worth like 20 times more. Filip did not impress me, he looked too soft for NBA. He scored 15 points on good efficiency, but he grabbed only a few rebounds. He should have dominated in this context if he is supposed to be an NBA caliber player.

Embiid is very soft at rebounding too, yet he has been the second best player this season anyway.

Gotta resurrect this bad boy now that Phil has signed with the team! What do you expect from the Serbian Sniper?

He has some potential and maybe he can develop into a useful piece, but why do we have 5 centers and zero wings on the roster?
Does Morey think that if Petrusev or Bamba get some play time, then he could use one of them or Reed as a trade piece?

Can he play the 4 alongside Embiid? That’s the question. Hoping he turns out to be a Kleber type.

The hope is probably that he ends up being Kelly Olynyk type player. He’s never gonna be a rim protector or great rebounder but hopefully he can be competitive on defense & a space/connector on offense.
