Grayson Allen: NBA's dirtiest player?

Post#1 » by mpoo_sin » Fri Jan 6, 2023 10:16 pm

Josh Green, who missed the last three weeks because of an elbow injury, was made available for the first time since it occured. When asked about when and what had happened, with a little smirk he stated that he injured the elbow after he stole the ball because "my arm got kinda armlocked by Grayson Allen."
I remember he just recently had another dirty play were he elbowed DeRozan in the back and had his fair share of incidents during this season and the seasons before all the way back to his infamous college-tripping-days...

Is he the dirtiest player in the NBA right now? Who comes close? Would you want him (or that kind of player) on your team?

I kinda like his game but he also gives me the freaking creeps.

Btw i really love him but Antetokounmpo also is a master of the cheap shot... maybe it is a Bucks thing? : P

Do you have the clip where Josh Green is injured?
Psychotic. It didn’t make sense. I don’t know how you make it make sense

theres two camps of questionable plays imo. theres guys who dont care about player safety like lowry , beverly, smart, isaiah stewart and those guys, and then theres guys that are flat out just going out of their way with the dirty stuff like jokic embiid giannis draymond and grayson. The stuff they are doing isnt even in the purpose of making plays.

He just grabbed GTJ's nuts while he went up for a shot for no reason. I honestly think he can't help himself. It's just in that goblin's grimy nature to hit and hold and poke and trip and shove.

He grabbed Trent's dick the other night leading to a flagrant and a 7 point possession for the Raptors.

What actually happens for a team to get a 7 point possession?
(besides the dick grab)

The guy is like a Hollywood made stereotyped evil character. However, he is real.

Pretty easy yes. He just swiped at Gary Trent JR's junk the other night. This award is all his. One of the most punchable faces too.

People are prejudiced against Grayson and dogpile, most of his “flagrants” are just fake tough guys jumping up upon seeing who fouled them and saying NOT TODAY. Apparently refs go for that kind of posturing, I wish these dumbasses would just fight. Think about the guys KG would mess with, that’s the type of dude Grayson is. Some goon like Thanasis who will fight you in the parking lot, guys are way more quiet about hid dumb reckless plays. Really makes you think.

DeRozan flopped, Trent was just ordinary foul, cry more. Probably just close this up now.

Gary made the 3 point shot mid-fondle, which resulted in a flagrant ft and the ball, leading to another 3.

He **** up and brushed his midsection which was bogusly called a flagrant, he wasn’t trying to”grab his dick” you weirdos. A foul, thats it. Refs did a lot of funny **** that game trying to extend it, apparently you can full on push guys out of bounds too.

Wow, a Raptor fan complaining about Grayson and then lumping Giannis in, 2 days after they owned you in OT.
What a shock. Good luck in the lottery.

he's never done anything dirty in his whole life he's just a hard working hustle player who is misunderstood and mischaracterized because of his resting ted cruz face. everything he allegedly did before nba is sealed under the "how dare you bring it up people just hate duke players " rule.
screw these absolute garbage refs

I've seen all his games as a Buck and I still don't understand the guy. Unlike a guy like Draymond Green, Grayson only has a few dirty plays per year. However, he has some really bad ones. The Caruso one is the obvious example. I have no idea what he was doing at the end of the Toronto game the other night. Why would you randomly hit a guy in the groin on a key play that put the other team back in the game?? Logically, it seemed like it had to be an accident, but I don't know how you accidentally hit a guy's groin like that while he is shooting. Honestly, I wish we'd trade him.

Of course, he does get over-scrutinized because of his reputation. The DeRozan thing wasn't dirty. He was shoved into him and then DeRozan flopped and acted outraged. It should have been a technical on DeRozan.

As to anyone trying to push the narrative that Giannis is dirty, that's ridiculous.

Allen plays hard and often reckless. NBA refs have called him for two flagrant fouls in his 5 NBA seasons.

How many flagrant constitute "dirty"?

Is the OP serious when Draymond Green actually exists?
