Those guys dont deserve serious answers. Cause they are not serious. They root against a Celtic player cause they missed everything about Jaylen and being Tatum lover they like to sell a narrative that Tatum is god because the team is a contender without great players.
JB is my fav players but I never said anything negative about JT, who Is the best player on the team.
I dont go in Tatum topic saying Jokic, Luka, Durant and others are on different level. I dont think so and I'm not interested.
JT play for my team and the better player he becomes better is for me and for my team.

I resent not being included in the haters list. I guess I’m more of a flipflopper than a pure hater.

Years ago I had an animated conversation with Karalis cause he said JB would be a good 3D player at best. Right now Karalis said he missed everything about Jaylen and he think he is and all NBA level player.
He admitted he was wrong, he doesnt try to downplay Jaylen cause he was wrong. Thats what honest people do.

Has there ever been anyone who offered less here than stan? I mean let’s be honest even if you don’t agree with my takes on brown or anyone else’s at least most people try articulate their reason why. There’s like 1 guy who just criticizes to be a total troll and even he plays into that role purposely.

This guy literally said he joined this place to “defend” brown. How’s that any different than just creating a name to troll? if you say hey i was wrong here on brown “hater” if you defend him but still critique some areas where improvement is needed “hater”. Literally offers nothing….

Most of us post statistical data for our arguments, you post nothing of substance. As always, the answer lies in the middle. Jaylen isn’t as bad as some say, and he isn’t as good as some others say.

For instance, in Jaylen’s top 25 usage games, the Celtics are 14-11, a 13% drop from their season win percentage. That tells me the ball is in his hands too much, that’s on Joe and the coaches to fix.

This is a pretty goofy stat without any context. Respectfully

Truthfully that list means absolutely nothing in terms of actually mvp status any year past like 4 or 5 and really it’ll always come down to a 3 player race. That holds true whether Tatum was 9 or whomever else. It really just means those players are having a very good year.

The Celtics are extremely good and people don't want to believe that that's primarily because we have a lot of great glue guys and basically no weakness 1-8.

What context would you like? Just asking.

Tatum has had stinkers when Jaylen has led them in usage, and vice versa. Guys have missed games in both scenarios. Their record in Tatum’s top 25 usage games is 21-4, that’s a staggering difference. A 30% swing in win percentage, if my math is correct.

The Celtics are 44-44 when Jaylen Brown attempts 20 shots or more.
The Celtics are 83-50 when Jayson Tatum attempts 20 shots or more.

I’m not going for anything, it’s literally the numbers. You were the one who asked for context, I told you I’d give you any context you wanted. I have always thought we are at our best with Jaylen at a slightly lower usage, and the numbers bear that out.

I think Jaylen would score the same points at 27% usage or 31% usage, just about how they use him.

Ok, I'm just asking are we 44-44 when Jaylen shoots 20 plus because Tatum is having a subpar night by his standards in any of those games? There's got to be a little more to the stat than meets the eye.

And I'm not arguing we're better off when Jaylen goes all out chuck mode.

I don't get it. Why do so many people dislike Jaylen Brown's Game???
I mean, he's the #2 Player, on the #1 Team.

Edit:
And don't get me Wrong. -- I actually didn't like his attitude, during the Kyrie Era.
But, that was a mistake. -- Kyrie was the Cancer.

Read on Twitter

JT listed 6th, JB listed 29th. Subjectively speaking, JB is #1 in our hearts.

Imagine Sabonis, Porzingis and other 5/6/7 players on this list playing last year PO instead of JB. Celtics are first round Exit.
