This my fave pick outside of the top 3

I don't see IT. I think he'll be like GTJr. I guess he has potential to be like Beal but I feel like he'll be closer to Trent.

If not a PG like Wallace, I think outside the top 4. I'd look at Rupert at 6'7 with 7'3 wingspan to be the SG of the future.

Top 3 was probably me be top generous but he's got way better handles and athleticism over Gary. As well as playmaking potential. I haven't seen Rupert before but I'll check him out

There's more than one way to bring in a 6'9" shooting, defensive young player. Masai is probably trying to find the African equivalent to this guy who turned down UCLA - no need. He's not athletic but who cares. Love his mentality and he's 18. He's going to rise and be a second round pick.

GG is so much lighter but is 1 year younger than Paolo during their freshmen years.

The Raptors better draft him with their 2nd pick. I guess he'd be a 2nd rounder like Jaden Hardy was.

Bates will probably go first round. Somebody is going to take a flier on his tremendous potential.

Paolo is a lot more polished than GG. There is a better comparison to GG out there than this year's rookie of the year.

Can anyone who watches Michigan comment on Jett Howard's defense? I like what I see on the offensive end, but we know Masai is reluctant to draft non-defenders.

Paolo was much more efficient, and a much better passer. GG might get exposed if he declares are this season. He's not ready.

Being top 9-10 in this draft is so sweet. There's talent for DAYS just sitting there. So much talent ready to be infused into the NBA, and as long as we don't play the middle ground we should add a beast to this roster for basically nothing.

Check the sig, I've been trying to tell everyone, hop on TeamBaba lol

People seriously need to watch that HL. The more I watch the footage of him, the more I feel like he might be my favorite non-top 2 player. In a way praying he comes out rusty or in a reduced role because of coaching staff hopefully more concerned with chemistry etc ala what they did with Scottie post-injury...I'd love to keep him outta sight, outta mind. Just praying he doesn't become the new shiny toy in the draft where he stands out at FSU then flies up draft boards.

FSU needs to bless us with one of the best duos of the next decade lol

If it's a year to tank it's this one. This looks to be a strong draft class. We need to go for 6'9 players that are shooting, driving, and creating threats while being good defenders. The Pelicans draft strategy got them absolutely stacked and 10 deep.

Siakam, VanVleet, OG, and Trent are capable of bringing back at least 2 picks each. I'd target the Bulls 1st, POR 1st, and LAL 1st using our pieces. In 2 years time we could be as stacked at the Pelicans. We can build a cheap bench and aim for Canadian free agent talent.

This guy is interesting. I had to dig into more games of him. He's played in some of the same U18 tournaments of Baba Miller and had better stats. I watched 2 full games and he's more like OG. They say he's a good defender but he really is a very good positional defender at 18 yrs old. He needs to get better at securing rebounds but this year his shot is much better. Reminds me of when I saw Procida last year and thought why is nobody talking about this guy. His wingspan is over 7 feet, gives me McHale vibes in his build. A SF that can guard 2-4. Playing professionally since his early teens.

just give me a scorer wherever they draft.

don't care if the dude can't play a lick of defense or if he has t-rex arms.

I guess you're fine with Dick then.

Is he going to be a little more dynamic than Kyle Korver?

Is he a better prospect than Jordan Nwora? He can't shoot the college 3 much over 30% and his FT% is around 60% so doesn't seem like he'll be able to increase that range to the NBA line.

This feels like someone mentioning that guy from Washington State a couple of years ago.

He didn’t turn down UCLA. He was silently committed but he couldn’t get past the university admissions process so the school couldn’t take him.

It happened with both Ege Demir and Buyuktuncel this summer. Demir tried to take the Toefl twice to get admitted but couldn’t get the required score either time lol

I do like Buyuktuncel’s game though. Was really pissed he couldn’t get admitted to ucla

Different

Ledlum is won of the toughest players in College Basketball. Hes avg apx 20/10

More athletic as well. Nwora is a better shooter

Hes in a shooting slump, much better shooter than his numbers currently suggest.he would benefit from a PG that creates better ****, Harvard doesnt have that

He led Adidas Guantlet in scoring when Zion and Melo were playing i believe

Return to Toronto Raptors
