With Luka drawing double teams or even triple Hardy should be playing more because he has the speed to take advantage of guys trying to cheat to help out on Luka. I understand you have a lot of money invested in vets but if they cant perform its wasted money and you need to trade them. Bullock has disappeared so why is he getting time?

Hardy is easily able to take advantage of that situation and make teams pay for focusing on Luka. Green needs to get healthy fast so he can fit in at SF while DFS is out and show us what the future looks like with he and Hardy starting at the wings with Luka and Wood in there.

Offensively that is a tough match up and Luka would have a great time passing to that when he draws coverage. All you need to find to make that a contender is another big next to Wood that can help defend and rebound. Poeltl or Turner would work enough but if we can find that Green and Hardy work next to Doncic then we have a lot of vets that we can trade.

Hardaway and or Bullock need to go if that experiment works out. I like Hardaway some but he needs to be a better defender.

Hopefully Powell is playing his last season here and we sign a real center that is not old and ready to retire even though I think McGee is a good option he is likely to get injured sooner or later and that money we paid for him is being wasted. Maybe they are saving him for the play offs but sooner or later he needs to tune his game up for the playoffs and start playing for real.

If Hardy elevates his game to starter levels and Green comes back and continues to show his game has evolved then we may be able to trade for what we need with veterans that become expendable.

I think Green may be about ready to rejoin the team soon, so hopefully we can see them all on the court with Luka. Maybe coach will add McGee into that mix so we can see what a semi decent center would give us instead of Powell who cannot even rebound worth a damn.
