Referees were incompetent. It would have been nice to have a challenge, but we spent our last timeout.

High point for me was the brilliant 3rd quarter defense.

What an awful finish and now Herro is hurt when he’s the one who should have had the last shot. Butler very rarely makes the final shot

Brooklyn coasted most of this game, and actually tried playing real basketball to close out the 4th quarter, the discrepancy in talent is significantly.

I believe we have the toughest remaining schedule too. Time to seriously consider a tank if Herro is out for any extended time

Follow Herro, that didn't look good by Herro on that last play, possible no contact injury. He went down at a rough angle and was holding that knee.

Everything else is a bonus at this point. I think Miami is a total wildcard if everyone gets healthy and they get Tua back. If not, then obviously we have no chance.

This is why we need to be very careful trading our 2023 pick. Our margin is so close to becoming a lottery team if Herro and Bam have to miss long stretches.

Gotta play hard and smart. They didn't play Smart offensively. We were only scoring in transition or on 3s. Not in half court. In games like this, Jimmy gotta do better when there's Kyrie and Seth on floor together. Whenever he had Kyrie on him that should have been a basket. This is essentially playoff basketball. Getting a switch and target the weakest defenders. 19 points in 4th quarter ain't good enough. We weren't playing the celtics with their length. This should have been a W and maybe we avoid that Herro injury in the end

Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard drops off at a certain level lol. They have 2 players more “skilled” than anyone on our team and didn’t even need one of them to come back from down 8 and kick our asses.

Oh and we could’ve had one of them for Lowry and a pick
