Anyone who thinks we are good at WR because of Doubs/Watson isn't looking at the fact that Cobb, Lazard and everyone else is a free agent. Doubs/Watson have been injured most of their rookie seasons and every time one comes back, the other one gets hurt.

If there is a top WR in the 1st or 2nd you take him because we have no depth and two rookies who have shown flashes, but have small sample size and are often hurt.

It's such a good year to need a TE. I think it's a safe bet that multiple solidly first round talents fall into the second and possibly into the third.

Deguara is the only TE on the roster after this season and no opponent game plans around him Tonyan is a FA and he hasn't looked like anything special since coming back from his injury, Lewis is older than dirt, even though he is capable of useful play in short bouts.

At this point, give Washington or Mayer a hard look for the #1 pick. They might even be able to trade back a couple of notches and still get one of them.

I think I have Washington around #4 or #5. He's a super unique player but he hasn't really shown he can be a modern TE who can threaten defenses. I hate to say that workouts will be important but for him they are.

I like Mayer and Kinkaid more, and I'm gonna be curious to see what Musgrave looks like coming off an injury. But I would be excited about Washington if he's drafted by GB.

Ha, this morning in the CFB thread I wondered whether him sitting out was illness/injury or he was out at LSU.

If the Packers wanted to go skill position offense in the first two rounds I think they're gonna ave solid options. I think there's only one first round WR, at least in the early to middle part. But there's gonna be a TE there, maybe a HB, and who knows, maybe Johnston falls.

Michael Mayer and Bijan Robinson are productive guys who play positions you probably shouldn't invest high picks in. Then again, is it going to be a Jermichael Finley type of deal where he is always hurt? Worth a chance if you can get him in the 2nd or 3rd.

I'm just going to put this out there again, drafting Jaxons Smith-Njigba would give us an incredible future at the WR position. With Watson and Doubs on the outside while Jaxon carves up from the slot. Sure would love to see that happen.

This guy put up better stats than Olave and Garrett Wilson and those guys were both early first rounders that looked damn good this year. Jaxon is only 20 right now and the only reason I think he would be available is that he was hurt all year, otherwise I have to believe he would be the first WR off the board, likely top 10

I think moving him outside makes him less special as a prospect. He's got elite explosion, leverage, and moves. I think you play him as a 3T and let him go to work on the interior.

Just fine. I won’t cry about draft position. I enjoyed the last few weeks up till tonight. We had a solid draft last year and hopefully we have another one.

Still some decent players to pick from around #15. Paris Johnson Jr. is one of my favorite players in this draft at that spot, assuming he doesn't skyrocket up boards after the combine. I'm sure edge will get a long look with Gary recovering.

Not many "Weapons" outside of Quentin Johnson worth taking that high. I do like Jordan Addison but he's kind of small and I still am not convinced with Michael Mayer, sometimes he looks amazing and contests catches and out-physicals his man, and other times he looks like Josiah Deguara and can't separate.

Him or Smith-Njigba. We are also in sore need of a TE, but I really don't like taking them in the 1st. If there is a run on WRs similar to last year, I might go for Mayer though.
