I also hope we don't skip on Ricky council, he's gonna be a star. It's inevitable, his game and energy is too high.

Leaving this draft with Brandon Miller and Ricky council would be amazing.

Banton
Ricky
Brandon
Scottie
Koloko

Solid investments for about 1.5 **** szns. I'm not saying that you go all in with that group, those are just good investments to develop. Young and fit together

Council just has the body and skill for the NBA moreso than majority of these players. Nice prospect.

I'm pretty much just gonna pray Baba is the truth but FSU has he come off the bench, not have rhythm/rusty from time off, only show flashes then somehow falls to us. We're in perfect position to tank but I don't think they're gonna commit to it in time.

Failing that give me one of Jarace Walker (could easily see them loving JDub), GG Jackson or Anthony Black, if we get stuck somewhere between 8-14.

I guess his ceiling could be Larry Johnson. Maybe he's closer to Rodney Rogers?

I keep saying it...Jaylen Brown but maybe slightly ahead at a younger age in terms of shooting (I believe his 3pt% will go up with more reps) and some self creation.

Keep in mind when you watch Cam right now, he's still getting back physically to where he was at pre-injury but he is an explosive athlete. Overall though both guys were very strong, physical, athletic wings that can defend with good upside to create for themselves...

College Numbers:

Cam Whitmore 6'7ft, 232pds (per 40) 20.9ppg, 9.2rpg, 2.1spg, 83% FT, 59% 2pt%, 29 3pt%
Jaylen Brown 6'7 225pds (per 40) 21.2ppg, 7.8rpg, 1.7spg, 65% FT, 48% 2pt%, 29% 3pt%

In 2020, Baba Miller traveled from Spain to Texas for a training camp to gain more recognition and exposure as he was starting to think he might want to participate in college basketball in the future. His plane tickets, hotels, and some meals were paid for by some unknown party, at least as of now, well before any school was recruiting him, including Florida State. The total came out to about $3,000 that the Miller family paid back as soon as they caught wind it might be against NCAA rules.

Essentially, Baba Miller was suspended for 16 games because of $3,000 for a basketball training camp that he paid back before being recruited by the school he chose to attend. And originally, according to a few sources, the NCAA wanted to suspend Miller for the entire season before FSU fought back and "settled" on 16 games. FSU tried appealing further, but were denied.

More reason for guys to sign in the G-League, or overseas for a season. Or even better, just let them make their own choices and come right out of high school. The NCAA is a joke and will forever be one.

Baba has played for Spain U18 and for Real Madrid. He's already been shooting the Euro 3 distance.

Here's the guys I really like so far. In no particular order:

Whitmore
Miller
Wallace
George

In the later first round I like:

Whitehead
Maxwell
Rupert

Would have liked to pick up a C as well but there aren't many in the draft. If we could pick up an extra first in the later first round, that could go a very, very long way.

I saw a few of his Under games and he's pretty raw. His talent is definitely there but he's more potential than anything right now. I'll try to post one of his games later and you can see for yourself.

Edit: Here you go. I am not saying he sucks I am saying he's a bit raw, he should be around when we draft. He is not a shooter if you watch the entire game. He can hit the the three though. He's No. 18.

We are 100,000% drafting this guy if he's available.

He's the final iteration of the Bruno experiment
We drafted a FSU player recently

Keep your expectations low, he hasn't played this season. Plus it's going to take some time for him to develop. If some teams drafts him top 5, I will get on stage and slap that GM.

Which Miller gets drafted 1st, Brandon or Baba? Well right now Brandon is clearly favoured. Though Brandon is a Freshman that is a year older than other freshman. Amen and Ausur are also a year older. So that has to factor in a little.

Completely agree with you. I think Baba could go top 10 for sure with his potential alone. But there are others that fit that potential label - GG, Nick Smith Jr (Injury), Ware, Rupert (Injury). Can someone take Whitmore over Baba MIller? For sure. If you think about how far apart is Leonard from Baba really for potential? Can't see him top 5.
