Safe to say Cliff has lost them?

The players have said, multiple times, they don't pay attention to details and do dumb things too often. That's on coaching. He's a defensive and rebounding coach, yet we don't play defense or rebound.

And now Cliff tosses PJ under the bus for not rebounding.

If the team never did the thing the coach is known for emphasizing, I don't think you can say the coach "lost" the team.

We're talking about Clifford losing the locker room? At what point did Clifford ever HAVE the locker room? This team looked checked out in the preseason and has never once looked like they were playing Clifford ball through 42 regular season games.

We led the league or near top in defensive rebounding with guys like Cody, Marvin and Batum... not exactly Rodman. Yet Mason, PJ, Hayward/Oubre/McD are near worst Def rebounding. Why?

People always s*** on Cody Zeller because he didn't average enough rebounds for a center, and my defense of him was always that our defensive rebounding numbers with him on the floor were always stellar. Cody was smart and he knew how to box out, same with marvin. Marvin wasn't a great individual rebounder, but that dude was smart and knew how to play.

Seems like the same problems as usual. We Can't Stop anyone from scoring and we can't get any defensive rebounds when we need them. In the last two games we've given up 43 and 36 points in the fourth quarters.

What's odd is that we actually are 19th on the season in DRB%. I assumed we'd be last or near it, but appears that that is not the case.

We're also still top 10 in ORB%.
