Typically the way I have done it is the most first place votes gets the vest, second most first place votes gets the bund and third most first place votes gets the mittens.

Ah, okay! Maybe next season I'd have the posts in thread count for actual votes too, cause for games where there's an obvious #1 (or even if there isn't), you may have 20 people in the thread writing down "x player is definitely 2nd" while having a vote for the obvious #1, and all it takes is some player-first fans to vote against that top guy despite what 20 other people think.
