Would you rather build a new team around Erving/Wilt in 1970 or Curry/Garnett in 2020?

Wilt was injured in 1970 and played 12 games. Dr. J was a freshman at UMass and not yet playing professionally. Maybe you should put more thought into your posts.

Pretty sure he's talking about the players being in their primes and dropped into the NBA in 1970 or 2020

Considering KG is TV commentator in 2020

And Garnett was in his 40s in 2020.

Maybe you should put more thought into your posts before insulting people.

Erving and Wilt.

They are both too dominate for that particular era. I don't see any year they would not be both in top 5. Who in 70s would be able to give this combo any challenges besides KAJ? Next best players could be Lanier and Frazier...
Curry and KG are also ideal fit for this era, but the top talents are much more crowded now. Also both took ~3 years to develop into star players.

You should probably have put more thought before pressing the submit button.
