It has me wondering how common a 3/4 or 4/3 pick-n-roll is in the NBA and how effective it is. Seems like one of the benefits of running a pick-n-roll is to get switches but defenders at both positions are probably close to interchangeable. Might be why we don't run it as often as I'd otherwise like.

Yeah great write up. It amuses me to no end that teams would rather play 4 on 3 than let Franz attack the basket. And I love that our immediate response to them switching Grant onto him was to hand the ball to Paolo.
