Ryan Gosling and Bradley Cooper in The Place Beyond the Pines.. Underrated drama about consequences with fantastic performances by all, actually (Ben Mendelsohn, Eva Mendes). Between this one and Nightmare Alley, Bradley cooper's best work.

Out of the Furnace is a slow burn but damn what a cast, what performances. Bale and Casey Affleck kill it.

Want to mention Michael Shannon in the Iceman, Take Shelter, and Waco. He's criminally underrated.

And La La Land (a chick flick my GF at the time forced me to go to & I ended up loving it & the world class music & dancing, & almost cried at the end) & just about anything with Clint & Christian Bale.

3:10 to Yuma w Russell & Christian.

Bale is my favorite actor hands down. He puts 1000% in everything, a professional on every level. Shannon might be #2 for me and so many ties for the 3rd spot lol.

Crowe, Malkovich, Farrell, Denzel, Pacino, Cooper, etc there's a bunch there in the mix

Might have to look into la la land don't know anything about it.

One of the few remakes that's almost as good as the original, directed by Delmer Davies and starring Glenn Ford and Van Hefflin.

Beyone the Pines was fantastic. I love Bale and Clint is one of, if not, my favorite. Gran Torino is awesome, but I love his whole body of work, even Every Which Way But Loose and Any Which Way You Can and he still knocks it out with The Mule at his age. Also, Daniel Day Lewis in Gangs of New York is transcending.

Gangs of New York never gets old. Maybe seen it 10-15 times, can't help it if it's on, I'm in.

Clint is goated.

Hard to describe lol. Starts out as a dark comedy about a star chef and his fancy restaurant and the customers. Goes absolutely off the rails and turns into suspense/horror.

I thought it was amazing. Highly recommended if it sounds like your thing.

Fiennes and Taylor-Joy are brilliant in this.

Just watched again The Devil's Advocate... What a performance by Al Pacino, like always... Damn, that speech about God still send me shivers all over the body. Too bad Keanu Reeves had to have such a forgettable moment as Kevin Lomax. But still one of my favourite movies of all time.

There isn't and there'll never be anyone who'll take the spot of my favourite actor/actress of all time other than Al Pacino. I've seen all of his movies, good or bad, dude is an absolute monster of acting. Inspiring for so many generations. Godfather I and II was such an master class... Part III some may question, but still he was so good, carried the movie on his own.

I haven't seen this movie for a very long time, but it always felt like the whole movie was on crack, heroin and booze at the same time. And that's not just Pacino's performance, the whole movie.

And I think Donnie Brasco is a bit of an underrated movie and an underrated Pacino performance.

Finished Alice in Borderland season 2 last night and enjoyed it. Hope they don’t have a season 3, even though they could, because I just don’t think it’ll be as good once the end of season 2 explained things.

Also I desperately hope Usagi’s last name is Ho because I’m immature and Usagi Ho makes me laugh a little.
