At this point I think it's fair to say that we can finish anywhere from the 6th seed all the way down to about 12th depending on how injuries go. Without a major trade or two, this team is just not a contender.

We are a little over halfway through the season, at the mid-season mark the Heat were on pace to finish with 41-43 wins. However, they also have the second toughest schedule remaining. Either way, this would be well under anyone’s projections.

I think by the end of the season, if everyone whiff on their projections we should do a -10 modifier and see who got closest.
