It's a shame RJ hurt his finger when he did, cause his shot has been off ever since, after having gotten hot when we went on our first winning streak. This run has been great and Thibs staggering RJ's minutes, so he can run the second unit, has been fun...but we're probably going to need him to take a leap as our third creator for us to beat any of the top 4 teams in a playoff series.

That said, Randle & Brunson have been playing fantastically. Quickley has been on a tear as our 6th man. Hart has fit in like he was born to play with this group. Grimes has continued to be absolutely fantastic defending the perimeter. Robinson is playing some of his best ball ahead of Hartenstein & Sims. And Obi's energy in transition really helps that unit play fast.

Before the season I figured this team would be a few games over .500 and we're set to clear that bar comfortably atm. A post-season dud this spring would be disappointing, but all in all this season has been really enjoyable even if we don't end up sneaking through to round 2.

Brunson is the mvp. But too bad the league just looks only at stats. There is no one more valuable to a team than Brunson right now.

That was a great win.

The Knicks gutted it out. That would have been a loss a season or 2 ago.

Looks like they have real grit now.

Brunson & Randle make a good combo

Quickley is due for an extension this off season and is 100% worth the nice $100M or so contract NY will throw at him. Obi is also extension eligible but should get less money than Quickley. The Knicks also could very easily bundle a few contracts like Fournier + Barrett to swap in a nice player in the off-season. Maybe they do a deal to get a Kyle Kuzma or Jerami Grant in the off season

Great win but we kind of seen a glimpse of what playoff defense would look like. If the team takes away Brunson. I'm not too confident in Randle with his erratic handles. Hes not gonna be Steph Curry every night
